Yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde r\u00fczgar enerjisinin \u00f6zel bir yeri oldu\u011funu belirten Kuzucu, enerji kapasitesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan en geni\u015f kullan\u0131ma sahip kaynaklar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geldi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle Danimarka\u2019n\u0131n toplam enerji \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k %50\u2019si, Almanya\u2019n\u0131n baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde ise %60\u2019\u0131n\u0131n r\u00fczgar enerjisinden kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Kuzucu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de bu alanda dev bir potansiyele sahip oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Potansiyelleri Geni\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2050 y\u0131l\u0131 tibariyle d\u00fcnya genelinde \u00fcretilen enerjinin %18\u2019sinin r\u00fczgar enerjisinden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Kuzucu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise bu oran\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Almanya\u2019dan 7 kat daha fazla r\u00fczgar enerjisi \u00fcretebilme kapasitesi oldu\u011funa de\u011finen Kuzucu, ancak halihaz\u0131rda Almanya\u2019n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den yakla\u015f\u0131k 8.5 kat daha fazla kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funu belirtti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin r\u00fczgar enerjisi alan\u0131nda 2023 hedefinin 20.000 MW oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Kuzucu, halihaz\u0131rda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn 6.081 MW oldu\u011funu, kararl\u0131 bir tutumla bu b\u00fcy\u00fck hedefe ula\u015fman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzucu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ve jeotermal enerji alanlar\u0131nda da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck potansiyeller bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, t\u00fcm yenilenebilir enerji alanlar\u0131nda IFC\u2019nin \u201cGeli\u015fmekte Olan Piyasalarda \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Yat\u0131r\u0131m F\u0131rsatlar\u0131 Raporu\u201dna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 28 milyar dolar tutar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7ekebilme g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Raporda bu miktar\u0131n 16,4 milyar dolar\u0131n\u0131n r\u00fczgar enerjisi alan\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011finin belirtildi\u011fini kaydeden Kuzucu, 7.4 milyar dolar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde, 3.4 milyar dolar\u0131n jeotermal enerjide, 560 milyon dolar\u0131 ise hidroelektrik alan\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye Ye\u015fil Enerjide H\u0131zl\u0131 \u0130lerliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin mevcut konumunu Kuzucu \u015f\u00f6yle de\u011ferlendirdi: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle 2009 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra yenilenebilir enerji konusunda \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler kaydedildi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretimindeki toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda 15,5 GW iken 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla bu rakam 31,7 GW seviyelerine getirilerek bu alanda g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr bir ilerleme ya\u015fand\u0131. 2016 y\u0131l sonu itibar\u0131yla ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilenebilir enerji toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 34,2 GW olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti.\u00a0 Yine a\u00e7\u0131klanan raporlara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1,9 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi. T\u00fcrkiye bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda \u0130ngiltere, Fransa ve Hollanda ile birlikte 1 milyar dolar e\u015fi\u011fini a\u015fan d\u00f6rt Avrupa \u00fclkesinden biri olmu\u015ftur ki, bu da olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca, D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 Grubu \u00fcyesi Uluslararas\u0131 Finans Kurumu (IFC), \u201cGeli\u015fmekte Olan Piyasalarda \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Yat\u0131r\u0131m F\u0131rsatlar\u0131 Raporu\u201dnda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda 2020&#8217;ye kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k 28 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7ekece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Buradan hareketle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydetti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebilirim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131 \u00c7e\u015fitlendirilmeli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek ve yabanc\u0131 kaynaklara olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltman\u0131n son derecede \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirten Kuzucu, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: \u201c2023 hedefleri do\u011frultusunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik enerjisine olan talebinin en az y\u00fczde 30\u2019unun yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Mevcut olan yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesini ve hesaplanan toplam potansiyeli g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gelecekteki hedefleri tutturabilme imkan\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Yenilenebilir enerjiye yap\u0131lan ve yap\u0131lacak olan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar bizim faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz enerji lojisti\u011fi alan\u0131nda da i\u015f hacminin artmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor ve sa\u011flayacak. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji lojisti\u011finin y\u0131ll\u0131k 150 milyon avroluk bir b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe sahip oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ise 500 milyon avro d\u00fczeyinde bir b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Biz de bu alanda gerekli t\u00fcm yat\u0131r\u0131m ve haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji Lojisti\u011fi Her Y\u0131l %10 B\u00fcy\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji lojisti\u011finin her y\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7ift haneli rakamlarla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden Kuzucu, \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapt\u0131: \u201cEnerji lojisti\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda akaryak\u0131t \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, petrol arama ekipmanlar\u0131, do\u011falgaz, hidroelektrik, termik ve yenilenebilir enerji santralleri ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 yapan firmalar, santrallerin yap\u0131m\u0131 bittikten sonra da yedek par\u00e7a standart malzemeleri ta\u015f\u0131yor. Firmalar sadece ta\u015f\u0131ma de\u011fil, m\u00fchendis kadrosuyla projelerin montaj\u0131n\u0131 da yap\u0131yor. Enerji lojisti\u011fini de i\u00e7ine alan proje ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10 b\u00fcy\u00fcyor.
