Bir sanayi kurulu\u015fundaki spesifik enerji de\u011feri ayn\u0131 i\u015f kolundaki \u00fclke i\u00e7indeki ve d\u00fcnyadaki de\u011ferler ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir sanayi kurulu\u015funda yap\u0131lacak <strong><em>ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>enerji<\/strong> <strong>verimlili\u011fi et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong><\/em> \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ilgili tesisin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini iyi bilen ki\u015filere veya kurulu\u015flara yapt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar tesisin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve teknolojisine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak % 3\u201310 aras\u0131nda tasarruf sa\u011flayabilir. Daha uzun vadeli ve baz\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek enerji tasarruf uygulamalar\u0131 da vard\u0131r. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n geri d\u00f6nme s\u00fcresi 6 ay ile 2 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febilir. D\u00fcnya\u2019da yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn 4\u20135 y\u0131l oldu\u011fu durumlarda da uygulama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmektedir. Bu da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek bir de\u011ferdir. \u00d6rnek olarak baca gazlar\u0131n\u0131n ve proses sular\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 at\u0131k enerjinin geri kazan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc enerji fiyatlar\u0131 ile % 50 elektrik ,% 50 do\u011falgaz enerjisi t\u00fcketimi olan bir sanayi kurulu\u015funda 1000 TEP \/y\u0131l enerji\u00a0 tasarrufu yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 500 000\u00a0 YTL\/y\u0131l tasarruf edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer AR-GE\u00a0 M\u00fchendislik grubu olan bir sanayi kurulu\u015fu uzun vadeli geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcreli\u00a0 enerji verimlilik uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirse, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda % 29 luk toplam bir tasarruf yapma imkan\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu uygulamalar i\u00e7in \u00fclkemizde g\u00fczel \u00f6rnekler vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji verimlilik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan kat\u0131lacak bir enerji verimlilik dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 ile birlikte, fabrikada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve fabrikan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 1 ile 3 ki\u015filik tecr\u00fcbeli m\u00fchendislerin beraber\u00a0 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile yap\u0131labilir.
