Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar sayesinde jeotermal enerjiden \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin \u00fclke ekonomisine, temininde d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olunan do\u011falgaz vb. kaynaklardan tasarruf edilmesi gibi say\u0131s\u0131z katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Raporda ayr\u0131ca; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mevcut jeotermal kaynaklardan \u00fcretilen elektrik ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 330 bin ton akaryak\u0131t\u0131n ve 1 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> do\u011falgaz\u0131n ithalat\u0131n\u0131 azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu sayede de \u00fclke ekonomisine 260 milyon dolarl\u0131k bir katk\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. An itibariyle kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fczerinden \u00f6denen vergi ve yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler ile birlikte jeotermal elektrik santrallerin \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k 440 milyon dolar\u0131 buldu\u011funa vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tamam\u0131n\u0131n yerli yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan yerli sermaye ile yap\u0131lmas\u0131, sekt\u00f6rde yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bulunmamas\u0131 nedeni ile yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na hi\u00e7bir k\u00e2r transferinin olmamas\u0131. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 70\u2019inin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretilen yerli aksam ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi temiz bir enerji olmas\u0131 nedeniyle D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 ile Avrupa Yat\u0131r\u0131m Bankas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz oranlar\u0131yla kredilendirilmesi Jeotermal enerjinin avantajlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00fczg\u00e2r ve G\u00fcne\u015f Santrallerine G\u00f6re 4 Kat Daha Verimli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JESDER\u2019in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu raporda ayr\u0131ca; y\u00fczde 98\u2019i bulan kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fc ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 30 MW g\u00fc\u00e7teki jeotermal elektrik santrali i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan alt yap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, y\u00fczde 30 kapasite fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerji santrali yahut y\u00fczde 22,8 kapasite ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralinin yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetlerinin ayn\u0131 oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131. Jeotermal elektrik santrallerinin, hidroelektrik ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi santrallerinden 2 &#8211; 3 kat, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrallerinden ise 5 kat daha fazla verimli oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYEKDEM&#8217;in Jeotermale Deste\u011fi Devam Etmeli\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raporda; YEKDEM mekanizmas\u0131 i\u00e7inde JES\u2019lere ayr\u0131lan pay\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fclmemesi, hatta d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kl\u0131 kaynaklardan \u00fcretilecek JES yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten JESDER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ufuk \u015eent\u00fcrk; \u201cJES\u2019lerin, r\u00fczg\u00e2r, g\u00fcne\u015f ve su gibi di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan RES, GES ve HES\u2019lere g\u00f6re kurulum maliyeti 3 ile 4 kat daha y\u00fcksektir. Buna nedenledir ki, YEKDEM\u2019in jeotermal elektrik santrallerine ay\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fvikin di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynakl\u0131 \u00fcretimlere verilen destekle do\u011fru orant\u0131da olmas\u0131 gerekir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYEKDEM\u2019den yararlanan di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynakl\u0131 \u00fcretimlere verilen deste\u011fe g\u00f6z atacak olursak; JES\u2019lerin, bu mekanizma i\u00e7erisinde alt s\u0131ralarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>YEKDEM\u2019in kaynak t\u00fcr\u00fc baz\u0131ndan \u00f6deme miktarlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde jeotermal kaynakl\u0131 enerji \u00fcretim deste\u011finin 2016 sonu itibariyle, 389 milyon dolar ile y\u00fczde 11 oran\u0131nda pay ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Jeotermal elektrik; Almanya\u2019da 25+5 euro cent\/kWh, Fransa\u2019 da 15 y\u0131l al\u0131m garantisi ile 20 euro cent\/kWh, \u0130ngiltere\u2019 de 140 GBP\/MWh fiyat tarifesi \u00fczerinden i\u015flem g\u00f6rmekte iken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 10,5 dolar Cent\/kWh, bu durum da di\u011fer \u00fclkelere k\u0131yasla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalmaktad\u0131r. Uygulanan te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131 ile JES\u2019lerin kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi son 5 y\u0131lda 5 kat artm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fclkemiz d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan 7\u2019nci s\u0131raya y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. \u00dclkemizin jeotermal elektrik potansiyelinin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn verimli bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131labilmesi ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n devam edebilmesi ad\u0131na te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n devam ettirilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u015ffedilmi\u015f sahalar t\u00fckendi\u011finden, yeni saha ke\u015fiflerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.
