Havaland\u0131rma sisteminde ASHRAE 62.1-2007 standard\u0131na g\u00f6re minimum havaland\u0131rma de\u011ferleri belirlenerek %30 art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hava debileriyle tasar\u0131m yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7 mekan hava kalitesi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak havaland\u0131rma sistemlerinde F7 tip filtre kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sayede ula\u015f\u0131mda ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi hedeflenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 emisyonu ve trafik y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bir di\u011fer uygulama ise;\u00a0 kullan\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n %5\u2019i kadar bisiklet park yeri tasarlamak olmu\u015ftur . Ayr\u0131ca bisiklet kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in du\u015f ve soyunma kabinleri olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ve \u00a0kullan\u0131m konforlar\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sayede bina kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 bisiklet kullan\u0131m\u0131na te\u015fvik edilmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda 30 adet bisiklet park alan\u0131 ve 4 adet du\u015f\/soyunma alan\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Emisyonlu ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in 10 adet \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 park imkan\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, bu park yerleri giri\u015flere yak\u0131n \u015fekilde konumland\u0131r\u0131larak, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 te\u015fvik etme amac\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylece kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 yenilik\u00e7i teknolojilere y\u00f6nelmesi ve karbon emisyonunun azalt\u0131m\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Buna paralel olarak, y\u00fcksek ara\u00e7 yo\u011funlu\u011fu ihtimalinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in, y\u00f6netmelikleri a\u015fmayacak seviyede otopark say\u0131s\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Projede otopark \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri yer alt\u0131nda sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, zeminde yaln\u0131zca 5 ara\u00e7l\u0131k bir otopark alan\u0131 ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Geri kalan b\u00f6l\u00fcmde zeminde ve kat bah\u00e7elerinde ye\u015fil alana yer verilerek \u0131s\u0131 etkisini azaltmak hedeflenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca \u0131s\u0131 etkisini azaltman\u0131n bir di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemi olarak \u00e7at\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131k renkli materyal kullan\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Proje i\u00e7erisinde sigara duman\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u015f kontrol\u00fc sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sebeple binalar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131na ve hava emi\u015f menfezlerine 5 m mesafede sigara i\u00e7ilmesi yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bu 7.5 m\u2019lik alan i\u00e7erisinde, belirlenen alanlarda ve bina i\u00e7erisinde sigara i\u00e7ilmesinin yasak oldu\u011funu belirten tabelalar as\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 mekan hava kirlilik kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de bina giri\u015flerinde en az 3m uzunlu\u011funda kal\u0131c\u0131 paspaslar konulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Su Verimlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 mekanlarda su tasarrufunu sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck debili vitrifiye armat\u00fcrler ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck hacimli rezervuarlar tercih edilmi\u015ftir.
