Orman ve Su \u0130\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hedefini bu potansiyelin \u00e7evresel, ekonomik ve teknik olarak yap\u0131labilir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce \u00fclke ekonomisine kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak belirledi.
