Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131 Fatih D\u00f6nmez taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc, Ar\u00e7elik A.\u015e. ad\u0131na \u00dcretim ve Teknolojiden Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cemal \u015eeref O\u011fuzhan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ar\u00e7elik Pi\u015firici Cihazlar \u0130\u015fletmesi\u2019ne \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc getiren \u2018<strong>Is\u0131 Pompas\u0131 Projesi\u2019<\/strong> at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan s\u0131cak suyun \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ile verimlilik sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu projeyle so\u011futma sistemlerindeki enerji \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilerek \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerine verilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylelikle hem enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f hem de sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 azalt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Platin Sertifika\u2019l\u0131 i\u015fletme <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Is\u0131 Pompas\u0131 Projesi\u2019 ile \u00f6d\u00fcle lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen Bolu Pi\u015firici Cihazlar \u0130\u015fletmesi 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana ISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi Standard\u0131 uyar\u0131nca faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Enerji y\u00f6netimi, kullan\u0131lan enerjinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesinden, izlenmesine, de\u011ferlendirilmesinden y\u00f6netilmesine kadar geni\u015f bir s\u00fcreci kaps\u0131yor. Ar\u00e7elik Pi\u015firici Cihazlar \u0130\u015fletmesi\u2019nin 2002 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc TPM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da enerji verimlili\u011fine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131da bulunuyor. \u0130\u015fletme, enerji verimli end\u00fcstriyel tesisler derecelendirmesinde de en y\u00fcksek seviye olan \u201cPlatin Sertifika\u201d seviyesinde yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKaynaklar\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem veriyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n artan n\u00fcfusuyla orant\u0131l\u0131 olarak artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hassasiyetimizi tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji ve su verimli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle ortaya koyuyoruz\u201d diyen <strong>Ar\u00e7elik A.\u015e. \u00dcretim ve Teknolojiden Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cemal \u015eeref O\u011fuzhan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk<\/strong>, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cD\u00fcnyaya Sayg\u0131l\u0131 D\u00fcnyada Sayg\u0131n vizyonumuz \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kaynaklar\u0131n verimli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kullan\u0131m\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem veriyoruz. Bu konuyla ilgili geli\u015fmeleri yak\u0131ndan takip ediyor ve i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimize uyguluyoruz. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu \u00f6d\u00fcller yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fin do\u011frulu\u011fu bir kez daha kan\u0131tlar nitelikte. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde de bu alanda yeni projeler ve \u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftirmeye devam edece\u011fiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ar\u00e7elik A.\u015e., 7 \u00fclkedeki 18 \u00fcretim tesisinde enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ar\u00e7elik A.\u015e. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki 8 \u00fcretim tesisinde ve Rusya, Romanya, \u00c7in, G\u00fcney Afrika, Tayland ve Pakistan\u2019da olmak \u00fczere yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki 10 \u00fcretim tesisinde; 265 adet enerji verimlili\u011fi projesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek, enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011flamak ve sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 azaltmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam ediyor. Ar\u00e7elik, enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla 24 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde bir g\u00fcne\u015f santralinin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 37 milyon kwh e\u015fde\u011feri tasarruf elde etti. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda, enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7en \u00e7e\u015fitli projelerle y\u0131ll\u0131k 133.217 GJ enerji tasarrufu ve 11.594 ton CO2e emisyon azal\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tasarruf miktar\u0131 12 bin 500 hanenin 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam elektrik t\u00fcketimine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk defa hayata ge\u00e7irilen yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmi\u015f elektrik temini uygulamas\u0131 devam ediyor. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmi\u015f elektrik temin oran\u0131 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda %80\u2019i a\u015ft\u0131. Su verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik faaliyetleri kapsam\u0131nda ise, 2011-2015 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Ar\u00e7elik i\u015fletmelerinde tasarruf edilen, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen, geri kazan\u0131lan ve yeniden kullan\u0131lan su miktar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 870.000 m3 oldu.
