Enerji\u00a0 faturalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek ve aile ekonomisi katk\u0131da bulunmak, \u00fclkemizin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak ve gelecek nesillere ya\u015fan\u0131labilir bir \u00e7evre b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in enerjiyi verimli kullanal\u0131m.\u00a0 Binalar\u0131m\u0131zda alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z baz\u0131 \u00f6nlemler ve enerji t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zdaki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fiklikler bizlere \u00e7ok \u015feyler kazand\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Peki G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Enerji Verimlili\u011fi&#8217;ni Sa\u011flayan Enerji Y\u00f6neticileri Kimlerdir?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBMM&#8217;de 18\/04\/2007 tarihinde kabul edilen ve\u00a0 02.05.2007 tarihli Resmi Gazetede yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eie.gov.tr\/duyurular\/EV\/EV_kanunu\/EnerjiVerimliligiKanunu.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\">5627 say\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Kanunu<\/span><\/a> ve bu kanun kapsam\u0131nda\u00a0 25.10.2008 tarih,\u00a0 27035 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazetede yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren &#8220;Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n ve Enerjinin Kullan\u0131m\u0131nda Verimlili\u011fin Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik&#8221; uyar\u0131nca ;<\/p>\n<p>(1) Y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>bin TEP<\/strong> ve \u00fczeri olan end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndan enerji y\u00f6neticisi g\u00f6revlendirir.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 <strong>en az yirmi bin metrekare<\/strong> veya <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi be\u015f y\u00fcz TEP ve \u00fczeri<\/strong> olan ticar\u00ee binalar\u0131n ve hizmet binalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netimleri ile toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 en az on bin metrekare veya y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi iki y\u00fcz elli TEP ve \u00fczeri olan kamu kesimi binalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netimleri, y\u00f6netimlerin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hallerde bina sahipleri enerji y\u00f6neticisi g\u00f6revlendirir veya \u015firketlerden veya enerji y\u00f6neticilerinden hizmet al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>(3) <strong>Y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi bin TEP&#8217;ten az olan<\/strong> end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelere y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak \u00fczere, organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde enerji y\u00f6neticisinin sorumlulu\u011funda enerji y\u00f6netim birimi kurulur. Bu birimlerde enerji y\u00f6neticisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda en az iki teknik eleman \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Kamu kesimi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan ve y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimleri <strong>elli bin TEP <\/strong>ve \u00fczeri olan end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelerde enerji y\u00f6neticisinin sorumlulu\u011funda enerji y\u00f6netim birimi kurulur. Bu birimlerde enerji y\u00f6neticisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda en az bir makina ve bir elektrik veya elektrik-elektronik m\u00fchendisi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Organizasyonlar\u0131nda toplam kalite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan sorumlu olan ve b\u00fcnyesinde enerji y\u00f6neticisinin de g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kalite y\u00f6netim birimi bulunan end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler bu birimlerini enerji y\u00f6netim birimi olarak da g\u00f6revlendirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>(5) End\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelerde <strong>m\u00fchendislik<\/strong>, organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde <strong>makina, elektrik veya elektrik-elektronik m\u00fchendisli\u011fi,<\/strong> binalarda ise <strong>makina, elektrik veya elektrik-elektronik m\u00fchendisli\u011fi veya teknik e\u011fitim fak\u00fcltelerinin makina veya elektrik b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde<\/strong> lisans e\u011fitimi g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ki\u015filer aras\u0131ndan enerji y\u00f6neticisi g\u00f6revlendirilir. Bina sahipleri veya y\u00f6netimleri \u015firketlerden veya enerji y\u00f6neticilerinden hizmet alabilir.
