Rekabetin artmas\u0131 ve \u00fcretim maliyetlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gereklili\u011finin de sekt\u00f6rde bask\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131 sonucunda \u00fclkemizdeki enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sanayide ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olup ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6rneklerin say\u0131s\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artmaktad\u0131r. Bir \u00fclkenin enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funu hesaplanarak enerjiyi verimli veya verimsiz kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.\u00dclkemizde enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu, OECD \u00fclkelerinin 2, Japonya\u2019n\u0131n ise 4 kat\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sanayideki toplam enerji tasarruf potansiyelinin %25 oldu\u011fu ve kullan\u0131lan toplam y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 27 MTEP enerjinin 20 MTEP\u2019lik\u00a0 (%75\u2019lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc) k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n demir \u00e7elik, \u00e7imento, cam, petrokimya ve petrol sekt\u00f6rlerinde t\u00fcketildi\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu sekt\u00f6rlerde yap\u0131lacak tasarruf\u00a0 miktarlar\u0131n\u0131n birinci derecede \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Sanayide sekt\u00f6rel bazda yap\u0131labilecek tasarruf uygulamalar\u0131, ilgili sanayi kurulu\u015funun prosesine ve proseste kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131na do\u011frudan ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Baz\u0131 prosesler de elektrik enerjisi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar. Baz\u0131 prosesler \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda olup, at\u0131k baca gazlar\u0131 da \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klardad\u0131r ve bu at\u0131k \u00f6nemli bir enerji tasarrufu oda\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Genel olarak sanayideki sekt\u00f6rlere g\u00f6re uygulanan ve enerji tasarruf potansiyeli olan sekt\u00f6rle prosesler \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetlenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 <strong>Demir \u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde:<\/strong> Bu sekt\u00f6r enerji yo\u011fun bir sekt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Demir \u00e7elik tesislerinde maliyetin %15\u2019inin enerji (entegre tesislerde bu de\u011fer % 25 lere kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir) gideri oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. \u00c7eli\u011fin ergitilmesinde, d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcnde, haddelenmesinde, \u00e7elik ergitme ve tav ocaklar\u0131nda, oca\u011f\u0131 besleyen enerji sistemlerinde, toz tutma ve so\u011futma suyu sistemlerinde yap\u0131labilecek tasarruflar hem tesis hem de T\u00fcrkiye genelinde g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmeyecek boyutlardad\u0131r. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re sekt\u00f6rdeki tasarruf potansiyel miktar\u0131 %30 mertebesindedir. Demir \u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin t\u00fcm sanayisindeki toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 %30\u2019dur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 <strong>Cam, seramik ve \u00e7imento sekt\u00f6rleri:<\/strong> Ta\u015f\u0131n topra\u011f\u0131n 1000<sup>o<\/sup> C \u00fczerindeki \u0131s\u0131larda i\u015flenerek \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k prosesleri olan bu tesislerdeki sinter ve kurutma f\u0131r\u0131nlardan \u00e7\u0131kan y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki gazlar\u0131n enerjisinden geri kazan\u0131m, b\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00f6rlerin yanma verimlerinin iyi ayarlanmas\u0131, f\u0131r\u0131n s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, yal\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi, hammadde ve mamul transfer sistemlerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi gibi \u00f6nlemler enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 <strong>G\u0131da, tekstil ve petrokimya sekt\u00f6rleri:<\/strong> Daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kta i\u015flemlerin ya\u0131p\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sekt\u00f6rlerde kojenerasyon uygulamas\u0131 enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131racak en \u00f6nemli uygulamad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle yo\u011fun buhar kullanan tesislerde birle\u015fik g\u00fc\u00e7 ve \u0131s\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131na \u00f6ncelik verilmelidir. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kurulu\u015flarda ise birle\u015fik g\u00fc\u00e7 ve \u0131s\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131na zorunluluk getirilmelidir. \u00dclkemizde bunu ba\u015far\u0131 ile uygulayan bir\u00e7ok sanayi kurulu\u015fu vard\u0131r. Yeni kurulacak tesislerde bu uygulama te\u015fvik edilmelidir. Bu sekt\u00f6rlerde yo\u011fun olarak bulunan so\u011fuk depolarda, klimalarda, buhar sistemlerinde do\u011fru i\u015fletme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve izolasyonun uygun yap\u0131lmas\u0131, f\u0131r\u0131n ve kazan br\u00fcl\u00f6rlerinin iyi ayarlanmas\u0131, motor ve kompres\u00f6rlerde al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemler de enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131racak uygulamalard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. ENERJ\u0130\u00a0 ET\u00dcTLER\u0130 VE ENERJ\u0130 Y\u00d6NET\u0130M\u0130N\u0130N \u00d6NEM\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Genel olarak sanayide enerji y\u00f6netiminin uygulanmas\u0131; enerji muhasebesini ve enerji t\u00fcketimlerinin s\u00fcrekli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesini gerektirmektedir. Ancak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilen de\u011ferler hakk\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131labilir. Bir sanayi kurulu\u015fundaki spesifik enerji de\u011feri ayn\u0131 i\u015f kolundaki \u00fclke i\u00e7indeki ve d\u00fcnyadaki de\u011ferler ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yeni yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda enerjiyi verimli kullanan ve spesifik enerji de\u011ferleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck prosesler tercih edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Sanayide, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir enerji y\u00f6netim sistemi olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nacak uygulamalar \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetlenebilir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kazan, f\u0131r\u0131n, kompres\u00f6r ve \u00fcretim ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n veriminin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 havan\u0131n, kondensat\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131;<\/li>\n<li>Elektrik motoru ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri, so\u011futma sistemleri, hadde tezg\u00e2hlar\u0131 gibi enerji t\u00fcketen ekipmanlar\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve t\u00fcketimlerinin switchler ve vanalarla kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131;<\/li>\n<li>Fan ve pompalar\u0131n frekans kontrolu ile i\u015fletilmesi, do\u011fal havaland\u0131rma ve ayd\u0131nlatma \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131nmas\u0131;<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketilen noktalar\u0131n s\u00fcrekli otomatik ve entegre sistemlerle kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131;<\/li>\n<li>Enerjinin en ekonomik yoldan kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, y\u00fck y\u00f6netimi yap\u0131larak y\u00fck\u00fcn kayd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131;<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00fcksek verimli kojenerasyon ile enerji \u00fcretiminde verimlili\u011fin sa\u011flamas\u0131;<\/li>\n<li>Sanayi tesisindeki \u00fcretim makinelerinin bak\u0131ml\u0131 vaziyette tutularak verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131. tesislerdeki t\u00fcm ekipmanlar\u0131n en verimli stand-by modlar\u0131 olacak \u015fekilde ayarlanmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u00f6nemli uygulamalar, sanayide enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmezdir. Bu uygulamalar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki hususlar \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sanayi tesislerinde enerji verimli\u011fi f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 tespit edilmelidir. Bu ama\u00e7la ayl\u0131k, y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji ve su t\u00fcketimlerinin tespiti \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulama plan\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n detayl\u0131 fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve projelerin geri \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi tespit edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Ekonomik yap\u0131labilirli\u011fi olan projeler i\u00e7in tasar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Proje uygulamas\u0131 ve gerekli yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Yap\u0131lan enerji verimlilik yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 takip edilmeli ve yap\u0131lan enerji tasarruflar\u0131 tespit edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan uygulamalar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, benzer kurulu\u015flarda uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m ortam\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enerji y\u00f6netim programlar\u0131n\u0131n ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 tesisin <strong><em>\u00f6n enerji<\/em>\u00a0 <em>et\u00fctlerinin<\/em><\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6n et\u00fctten sonra detayl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131labilir. Bir sanayi kurulu\u015funda yap\u0131lacak <strong><em>ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>enerji<\/strong> <strong>verimlili\u011fi et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong><\/em> \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ilgili tesisin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini iyi bilen ki\u015filere veya kurulu\u015flara yapt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi durumda et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00f6netimleri yanl\u0131\u015f y\u00f6nlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndaki baz\u0131 enerji verimlilik uygulamalar\u0131 hi\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmadan sadece baz\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesiyle de sa\u011flanabilir. Bunlar tesisin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve teknolojisine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak % 3\u201310 aras\u0131nda tasarruf sa\u011flayabilir. Daha uzun vadeli ve baz\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek enerji tasarruf uygulamalar\u0131 da vard\u0131r. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n geri d\u00f6nme s\u00fcresi 6 ay ile 2 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febilir.
