Son 15 y\u0131lda in\u015fa edilen 5 milyon konut, deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun olarak yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutulacak. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcresince 14 milyon konutta incelemeler ve depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k testleri yap\u0131lacak. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 6-7 milyon konutun inceleme ve testler sonucunda y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p, yeniden yap\u0131lmas\u0131 bekleniyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ilk etab\u0131nda 35 ilde 6 bin 500 konutun y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u015ean,\u00a0 \u201cY\u0131k\u0131lan bina kadar, baz\u0131 yerlerde de \u2018imar durumu m\u00fcsaitse\u2019 y\u0131k\u0131landan daha fazla say\u0131da konut yap\u0131lacak. 20-30 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcrece yay\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenen Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sonunda yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 milyon konutun in\u015fa edilmesi bekleniyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2023 Hedefine Uygun Olarak Cari A\u00e7\u0131k 10 Y\u0131lda Kapanabilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zlerine \u00fclke ekonomisine b\u00fcy\u00fck getirisi olacak enerji tasarrufuyla devam eden Ya\u015far H\u00fcseyin \u015ean, \u201cYap\u0131lacak olan bu yeni konutlar\u0131n bir y\u0131lda \u0131s\u0131tma maliyeti bug\u00fcnk\u00fc fiyatlarla yakla\u015f\u0131k 14 Milyar TL olacak\u201d dedi. Enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayan cihazlar kullan\u0131l\u0131rsa %30\u2019lara varan oranlarda tasarruf, yani bug\u00fcnk\u00fc rakamlarla ifade edecek olursak 4.2 Milyar TL enerji harcamalar\u0131nda tasarruf yapabiliriz. Sadece enerji t\u00fcketiminde tasarruf yaparak cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda kapatabiliriz \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni; enerji ithalat\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015ean, \u201cDanfoss olarak 80 y\u0131ld\u0131r d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde \u0131s\u0131tma, so\u011futma ve havaland\u0131rma da konfor ve enerji tasarrufu sunan sistemler \u00fczerine faaliyet g\u00f6steriyoruz. Ciddi bir know-how\u2019umuz var ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri kapsam\u0131nda bu tecr\u00fcbelerimizi kullanarak enerji tasarrufu konusunda da katk\u0131da bulunmak istiyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130klimlendirme sekt\u00f6r\u00fc 2012\u2019de 2,5 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Is\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn pazar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne de\u011finen Danfoss Is\u0131tma \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri T\u00fcrkiye Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Ya\u015far H\u00fcseyin \u015ean \u201c2012 y\u0131lsonu itibari ile \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma sekt\u00f6r\u00fc 2,5 milyar dolar seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. 10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce bu rakam yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 milyon dolard\u0131.
