Bireysel \u00e7at\u0131 projeleriyle ilgili mevzuatta ve uygulamada maalesef daha \u00e7ok belirsizlikler ve zorluklar mevcut.\u00a0Bu belirsizlikler ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, zorluklar da acilen d\u00fczeltilmelidir.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca EPDK\u2019n\u0131n ve daha do\u011frusu h\u00fck\u00fcmetin acilen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki GES’lerin yolunu a\u00e7mas\u0131 i\u00e7in “yamas\u0131z” yeni bir mevzuat\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmesini diliyorum. H\u00fck\u00fcmetten ricam, bireysel \u00e7at\u0131 GES kurmak isteyenlerin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131sa zamanda a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131. Bilindi\u011fi gibi Almanya\u2019daki 40 GW civar\u0131ndaki kurulu GES g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 75’e yak\u0131n b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00c7at\u0131 tipi GES\u2019lerden gelmektedir.<\/p>\n
