Seramik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, yo\u011fun kurutma ve pi\u015firme i\u015flemleri nedeniyle \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek enerji t\u00fcketildi\u011fini belirten Selim Erg\u00fcn, &#8220;Projelerimizi maksimum verimlilik amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftirdik. \u015eirketimizin 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde toplam 169.3 milyon metrek\u00fcp do\u011falgaz t\u00fcketildi. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve y\u00fczde 100 tasarruf sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projeden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olumlu sonu\u00e7larla, uygulamay\u0131 di\u011fer f\u0131r\u0131nlarda da yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k. Ciddi oranda tasarruf sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projeyle, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011falgaz t\u00fcketimi 2 milyon 200 bin santimetrek\u00fcp azal\u0131rken, toplam enerji tasarrufu miktar\u0131 1 milyon 600 bin lira olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7evresel etki olarak 4 bin ton karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 engellendi ve 12 bin adet a\u011fa\u00e7 e\u015fde\u011feri fayda sa\u011fland\u0131&#8221; dedi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Toplam tasarruf, 12 bin 700 konutun do\u011falgaz ihtiyac\u0131yla e\u015f de\u011fer<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Selim Erg\u00fcn, geli\u015ftirdikleri projelerle elde edilen toplam tasarruf miktar\u0131n\u0131 ise \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131: &#8220;Fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en verimli \u015fartlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla elde etti\u011fimiz y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam tasarruf miktar\u0131; elektrikte 3 milyon 900 bin kWh, do\u011falgazda 3 milyon 800 bin santimetrek\u00fcp ve su kullan\u0131m\u0131nda 267 bin ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bu sayede yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 bin konutun ayl\u0131k elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131, 12 bin 700 konutun ayl\u0131k do\u011falgaz ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte ve yine yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 bin n\u00fcfuslu bir ya\u015fam merkezinin enerji t\u00fcketimini s\u0131f\u0131rlayacak boyutta tasarruf elde ettik. Su kullan\u0131m\u0131nda ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 1500 konutun y\u0131ll\u0131k su ihtiyac\u0131 kadar tasarruf sa\u011flad\u0131k.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00d6d\u00fcll\u00fc projeyle sistem nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seramik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde pi\u015firme s\u00fcreci \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesini direkt etkiledi\u011fi i\u00e7in f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n mevcut sistemlerinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Selim Erg\u00fcn, yeni uygulamayla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz projeyle, f\u0131r\u0131n at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, so\u011fuk hava ile kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na izin vermeden 350 derece s\u0131cakl\u0131kla alarak kurutma sisteminde kulland\u0131k.
