T\u00fcrkiye, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki elektrik enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu (hidroelektrik d\u00e2hil) yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131layabilme hedefine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 20 GW \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Bu konuda \u0130zmir ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Ege B\u00f6lgesi katetti\u011fi mesafe ile \u00fclkenin di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerine \u00f6rnek oldu. Ege B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde elde edilen r\u00fczg\u00e2r elektri\u011fi y\u0131lda 2 milyar kWh ile \u0130zmir\u2019in evsel bazl\u0131 elektrik enerjisi talebini kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek d\u00fczeye ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu durum, Ege B\u00f6lgesini \u00f6zellikle de \u0130zmir\u2019i r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir akt\u00f6r olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rken, r\u00fczgar enerjisi \u00fcretimini 970 MW \u00e7\u0131karan ve toplam 404 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde de RES in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren \u0130zmir, r\u00fczgar enerjisi \u00fcretiminde ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu seviye ile \u00fclke de ba\u015frol oyuncusu olmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">\u0130zmir s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde r\u00fczgar enerjisinden \u00fcretilen elektrik miktar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 970 MW\u2019a ula\u015f\u0131rken, in\u015faat halindeki RES\u2019lerin toplam g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 404 MW.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">Yenilenebilir Enerji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00f6n fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucu \u0130zmir i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan harita incelendi\u011finde, \u00f6zellikle kentin kuzey kesimlerindeki \u00c7e\u015fme, Urla ve Karaburun\u2019da toplam 11 bin 854 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyeli bulunuyor. Kentin \u015fu an kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 970 MW ile potansiyelin yakla\u015f\u0131k 8\u2019ini olu\u015fturuyor. Y\u0131l sonunda devreye girmesi beklenen 404 MW ile toplam potansiyelin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10\u2019una ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar \u0130zmir\u2019i tercih ediyor<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de lisans verilen RES projelerinin illere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da, toplam kabul edilen proje say\u0131s\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u0130zmir\u2019in liderli\u011fi g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinleri, 1998\u2019de \u00c7e\u015fme\u2019de kurulurken, ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini kanat fabrikas\u0131 da 2002\u2019de yine \u0130zmir\u2019de \u00fcretime ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu tesis 9 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00fc\u00e7lerde kanat \u00fcreterek, y\u00fczlerce ki\u015fiye istihdam sa\u011flamay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. 2008\u2019de ikinci kanat fabrikas\u0131 ve 2011\u2019de \u00e7elik kule imalat\u0131 fabrikas\u0131 kentte kurulurken, 2016\u2019da da d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kanat \u00fcreticilerinden Danimarkal\u0131 LM Wind Power firmas\u0131 kanat \u00fcretim tesisinin yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. T\u00fcm de\u011ferlendirmeler dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u0130zmir\u2019in r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u015frol oyuncusu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">\u00c7evreci Enerji Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tolga \u015eall\u0131, \u0130zmir\u2019in RES alan\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmesini, sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc r\u00fczgar potansiyeline ve lojistik avantajlar\u0131 sayesinde ula\u015fabildi\u011fi geni\u015f hinterland\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin, elektrik \u00fcretimi sa\u011flayacak g\u00fc\u00e7te r\u00fczgar potansiyeli olan sadece 3 r\u00fczgar \u0131rma\u011f\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu ve bunlardan birinin \u0130stanbul\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak, Bal\u0131kesir, \u0130zmir \u00fczerinden Bodrum\u2019a uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden \u015eall\u0131, \u201cRES\u2019ler mutlaka bu \u0131rmaklar \u00fczerinde kurulmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Enerji \u0130\u015fleri Et\u00fcd Dairesi verilerine g\u00f6re \u0130zmir\u2019de daha \u00e7ok \u00c7e\u015fme, Karaburun ve Urla olmak \u00fczere, 12 bin MW r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyeli var. Bu avantaj\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra liman \u015fehri olan \u0130zmir\u2019in hinterland\u0131 \u00e7ok geni\u015f. Anadolu\u2019nun genelinde kurulacak RES\u2019ler i\u00e7in ithal edilen r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini ve kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 bu kentten t\u00fcm \u00fclkeye g\u00f6nderiliyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yat\u0131r\u0131m yapan firmalar da \u0130zmir\u2019i tercih ediyor. Son olarak Danimarkal\u0131 bir yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 Bergama\u2019da yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131. \u0130zmir RES i\u00e7in tam anlam\u0131yla bir cazibe merkezi oldu\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">Kente yenilenebilir enerji e\u011fitimi verecek meslek lisesi kurulmal\u0131<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">\u00c7evreci Enerji Derne\u011fi olarak \u0130zmir\u2019e yenilenebilir enerji e\u011fitimi verecek meslek lisesi kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 istediklerini, bu talepleriyle ilgili yasal giri\u015fimlere ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Tolga \u015eall\u0131, \u201c \u0130zmir end\u00fcsriyel r\u00fczgar potansiyelini iyi kullan\u0131yor ve gelecekte de kullanmaya devam edecek. Kentin bu alanda ihtiya\u00e7 duyaca\u011f\u0131 kalifiye elemanlar\u0131n \u015fimdiden e\u011fitilmesi gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji konusunda e\u011fitim veren bir meslek lisesi bulunmuyor. Biz ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 atarak \u0130zmir\u2019e bu okulun a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in giri\u015fimlere ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bu okulda r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi konusunun teknik ve hukuki boyutuna ili\u015fkin e\u011fitim verilecek. Santrallerin kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli hukuki ve idari s\u00fcre\u00e7ler, t\u00fcrbin nas\u0131l in\u015fa edilir, panel nas\u0131l kurulu gibi konularda e\u011fitimli elemanlar\u0131 sekt\u00f6re yeti\u015ftirecek\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">\u0130l\u00e7elerin r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi potansiyeli y\u00fcksek<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">Ortalama 7 m\/s\u2019nin \u00fczerindeki r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131nda r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yap\u0131labiliyor. \u0130zmir\u2019in il\u00e7eleri incelendi\u011finde; Alia\u011fa, Bornova, Bay\u0131nd\u0131r, Bergama, Beyda\u011f, \u00c7e\u015fme, \u00c7i\u011fli, Dikili, Fo\u00e7a, G\u00fczelbah\u00e7e, Karaburun, Kemalpa\u015fa, K\u0131n\u0131k, Kiraz, Menderes, Menemen, Narl\u0131dere, Seferihisar, Sel\u00e7uk, Tire, Torbal\u0131 ve Urla r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi potansiyeli a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a iyi potansiyele sahip.
