Bu kapsamda b\u00f6lgede ka\u00e7ak elektrik ve israf konusunda yap\u0131lacak m\u00fccadele ve geli\u015ftirilecek \u00f6nleyici teknolojiler kay\u0131plar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisine kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcketimin kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131namamas\u0131 ve sorumsuz kullan\u0131mlardan do\u011fan ve artan israf, ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6lgedeki elektrik t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca nedenlerinden biri. AR-GE ve teknolojik geli\u015fmelerden faydalanarak \u00e7ok say\u0131da proje hayata ge\u00e7iren Dicle EDA\u015e y\u00fcr\u00fctmekte oldu\u011fu projelerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 9-13 Ekim 2016 tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da yap\u0131lan 23. D\u00fcnya Enerji Kongresi\u2019nde sergilenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ka\u00e7ak elektrikle m\u00fccadelede yeni teknoloji: \u015eifrelendirme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EPDK\u2019n\u0131n onay\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilen bir AR-GE projesi olan &#8220;\u015fifreli elektrik&#8221;\u00a0trafo \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda her b\u00f6lgenin ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m y\u00f6ntemine \u00f6zg\u00fc olarak modellendiriliyor. \u00c7oklu parametrelerle \u015fifreli sinyaller \u00fcreten bir &#8220;Encoder&#8221; (\u015fifreleyici), enerjiyi kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n elektrik saya\u00e7lar\u0131na \u015fifreli olarak g\u00f6nderiyor. Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n (elektrik abonesinin) sayac\u0131nda bulunan, \u015fifreyi \u00e7\u00f6zen bir &#8220;Decoder&#8221; sayesinde abonenin g\u00fcvenli ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 enerji almas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Bu projede, bir saya\u00e7tan ge\u00e7irilmeksizin enerji kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da imkans\u0131z hale getirilerek t\u00fcm elektrik t\u00fcketimi kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saya\u00e7lara m\u00fcdahale sona erecek: <\/strong><strong>Dicle Ak<\/strong><strong>\u0131ll\u0131 Saya\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dicle Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Saya\u00e7 projesinin \u00fcretiminde bug\u00fcne kadar uygulanm\u0131\u015f ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m y\u00f6ntemleri incelenerek, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n herhangi bir y\u00f6ntemle sayaca m\u00fcdahalesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek \u00fczere uzaktan okunup izlenebilen, uzaktan a\u00e7ma-kesme kapasitesine sahip, ka\u00e7ak m\u00fcdahalesi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anda merkezi uyaran bir teknoloji kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Dicle EDA\u015e i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanan geleneksel saya\u00e7lardan farkl\u0131 yatay tasar\u0131ma sahip bu sayaca uygun pano, modem, devre kesici ekipman da geli\u015ftirildi. Bu proje ile t\u00fcketicinin ka\u00e7ak elektrik kullan\u0131m amac\u0131yla sayaca ve \u015febekeye m\u00fcdahalesinin \u00f6nlenmesi yolunda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dicle Dijital D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm (3D) ile hizmetler mobil olacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faturaland\u0131rma, M\u00fc\u015fteri \u0130li\u015fkileri Y\u00f6netimi (CRM), Kesinti y\u00f6netimi (OMS), Ekipman Y\u00f6netimi (WAM), Ekip Saha ve \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc Y\u00f6netimi, Varl\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi gibi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bir k\u0131sm\u0131 manuel yap\u0131lan i\u015flemler bu proje ile tamamen dijital ortamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Saha ekiplerinin, ka\u00e7ak taramas\u0131, a\u00e7ma kesme, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve faturaland\u0131rma gibi i\u015flemleri ak\u0131ll\u0131 tabletler kullanarak yapabilmesi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131klar da tamamlanma a\u015famas\u0131na geldi. Ekiplerin i\u015flerini yaparken merkeze u\u011framas\u0131na hi\u00e7 gerek kalmadan koordinasyon ve y\u00f6nlendirmeleri saha y\u00f6netim sistemi otomasyonu ile yap\u0131larak hem sahada daha h\u0131zl\u0131 sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nabilecek, hem de kaynaklar\u0131n daha verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ka\u00e7akla m\u00fccadelenin \u00fclkeye katk\u0131s\u0131 en az 3 milyar lira&#8217;d\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dicle Elektrik b\u00f6lgesinde elektrikteki y\u00fcksek ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m ve ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m\u0131n getirdi\u011fi y\u00fcksek israf nedeniyle olu\u015fan ekonomik kay\u0131p 6 milyar TL d\u00fczeyinde.
