D\u00fcnya Enerji Konseyi\u2019nin eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re, son 10 y\u0131lda\u00a0r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda, s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 23 ve y\u00fczde 50 art\u0131\u015f kaydederek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ivme kazand\u0131. Buna ra\u011fmen bu iki yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fcresel elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131 hala sadece y\u00fczde 4 seviyesindedir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Enerji Konseyi ve CESI S.p.A ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan<em> \u2018D\u00fczensiz Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar<\/em><em>\u0131<\/em><em>n<\/em><em>\u0131<\/em><em>n Elektrik Sistemlerine Entegrasyonu 2016<\/em><em>\u2019\u00a0<\/em>ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 rapor yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Rapor, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki kurulu r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kapasitesinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan 32 \u00fclkeye ili\u015fkin durum incelemeleri baz al\u0131narak kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re 2015\u2019te 154GW yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan toplam 286 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m (y\u00fczde 76\u2019s\u0131 r\u00fczgar ve PV olmak \u00fczere), toplam 97GW kapasiteye sahip konvansiyonel enerjiye yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131ma b\u00fcy\u00fck fark atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, 9-13 Ekim 2016 tarihlerinde \u0130stanbul\u2019da d\u00fczenlenecek 23. D\u00fcnya Enerji Kongresi\u2019ndeki oturumlarda da ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. K\u00fcresel enerji harman\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yeri ve bu kaynaklar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon ekonomisine ge\u00e7i\u015fi nas\u0131l h\u0131zland\u0131rabilece\u011fi kongrenin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lacak \u00f6nemli ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerjide B\u00fcy\u00fck De<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>i<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>im S<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>recine Girildi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnya Enerji Konseyi Genel Sekreteri Christoph Frei, <\/strong>\u201cYenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve bu enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n elektrik sistemlerine etkin bir \u015fekilde entegrasyonu, temelde do\u011fru piyasa planlamas\u0131 ve d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca olas\u0131 t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc almak i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir b\u00f6lgesel planlama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Enerjide b\u00fcy\u00fck bir de\u011fi\u015fim d\u00f6nemine \u00e7oktan girildi bile. Teknik ve ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve istikrarl\u0131 politikalar haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131. Bu politikalar \u015feffaf karbon fiyatland\u0131rma mekanizmas\u0131yla desteklenmeli. Bu ge\u00e7i\u015fi y\u00fcr\u00fctmek bizleri COP21\u2019de belirlenen iklim hedeflerine bir ad\u0131m daha yakla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r\u201d\u00a0dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Frei s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cTeknolojik geli\u015fmeler ve maliyetlerin azalmas\u0131, sermaye harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n (CAPEX) yan\u0131 s\u0131ra d\u00fczensiz yenilenebilir enerjilerin operasyon ve bak\u0131m (O&amp;M) masraflar\u0131n\u0131 da k\u0131s\u0131yor. Elde edilen son verilere g\u00f6re, r\u00fczgar enerjisi i\u00e7in en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tarife US$28\/MWh\u2019la Fas\u2019ta, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde ise en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tarife US$30\/MWh de\u011ferle Dubai\u2019de. Son derece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan bu tarifeleri, genellikle farkl\u0131 r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f y\u00fckleme fakt\u00f6r\u00fcne ve farkl\u0131 yerel maliyetlere sahip oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in her yerde g\u00f6rmek pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Ancak genelde de maliyetlerin azalmakta oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
