Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 6 Eyl\u00fcl 2016 tarihli ve 24005 say\u0131l\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerine, G\u00fcn\u00fcn Yirmi D\u00f6rt Saa\"kis-saati-uygulamasi\"<\/a>te Taksimine Dair Kanun\u2019un 2. maddesine ili\u015fkin de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n

Buna g\u00f6re, Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131\u2019nda \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamaya yer verildi:<\/p>\n

\u201cG\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha fazla yararlanmak amac\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn yurtta 27 Mart 2016 Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 03.00\u2019ten itibaren bir saat ileri al\u0131nmak suretiyle ba\u015flat\u0131lan yaz saati uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n, her y\u0131l, y\u0131l boyu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha fazla yararlanmak amac\u0131yla saatlerin d\u00fczenlenmesi hakk\u0131ndaki, 14 Mart 2016 tarihli ve 8589 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131\u2019nda yer alan \u201930 Ekim 2016 Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 04.00\u2019ten itibaren bir saat geri al\u0131nmas\u0131\u2019 ibaresi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n
