Birincil enerji kaynaklar\u0131 belli; k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol, do\u011falgaz gibi fosil yak\u0131tlar, di\u011feri hidrolik, jeotermal, r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f gibi yenilenebilir kaynaklard\u0131r. N\u00fckleer enerjiyi de unutmamak gerekiyor. Tabii burada saymad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z biyogaz-at\u0131k, dalga gibi ba\u015fka enerji kaynaklar\u0131 da mevcut&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yenilebilir kaynak neden trend? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, kendini yenilenebiliyor, t\u00fckenmiyor. Kaynak yeniden yeniden olu\u015fuyor. K\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol gibi do\u011faya da zarar vermiyor ve \u00e7evreci bir kaynak.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/alternatif-enerji-yenilenebilir-enerji-rusya-500x500_c1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-47939\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/alternatif-enerji-yenilenebilir-enerji-rusya-500x500_c1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"alternatif-enerji-yenilenebilir-enerji-500x500_c\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bu konuda <strong>\u00fclke olarak ne durumda oldu\u011fumuzu\u00a0<\/strong>merak ettim ve <strong>2016 Program\u0131\u2019nda enerji<\/strong> ile ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc inceledim.<\/p>\n<p>Programa g\u00f6re, \u00fclkemizde elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretimi, 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda 111 milyar kilowattsaat (kWh) iken, 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda 150 milyar kWh\u2019yi, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 211 milyar milyar kWh\u2019yi, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda 250 milyar kWh\u2019yi ge\u00e7mi\u015f. 2016\u2019da 271 milyar kWh\u2019ye ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyormu\u015f. T\u00fcketim ise; 3 milyar kWh ihracat, 7 milyar kWh ithalat dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 275 milyar kWh\u2019yi bulacakm\u0131\u015f. Elektrikte net ithalat\u00e7\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz da g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na elektrik t\u00fcketimi, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda 3 bin 480 kWh\u2019ye ula\u015facakm\u0131\u015f. Bu yeterli mi? Tabii ki de\u011fil. Veriler, bu rakam\u0131n, ABD\u2019de 13 bin kWh, Japonya\u2019da 7 bin 750, Almanya\u2019da 7 bin 270 kWh oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Bu demektir ki ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na elektrik enerjisi t\u00fcketimimiz, ekonomideki b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyle birlikte \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 20-30 y\u0131lda en az iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kacak. N\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da \u00fczerine koydu\u011fumuzda\u00a0\u00fcretimi, 20-30 y\u0131lda, 2,5-3 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karmam\u0131z gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda r\u00fczgarda 4930 megawatt (MW), jeotermalde 662 MW, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde 400 MW d\u00fczeyine ula\u015facak. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 alanda toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7, 5 bin 992 MW ile 6 bin MW\u2019ye dayanacak; kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2 bin 400 Mw olan Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2,5 kat\u0131na kadar y\u00fckselecek. Bunun yeterli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek de pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. Neden mi? Yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131na son y\u0131llarda on milyarlarca avro para harcayan, bu alan\u0131n lider \u00fclkelerinden Almanya\u2019n\u0131n, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 45 bin MW, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 38 bin 200 MW oldu\u011fu belirtmemiz gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemiz, k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol, do\u011falgaz hatta uranyum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin bir \u00fclke de\u011fil. Yeni kaynaklar bulunur mu bilmem ama aramadan bulunmaz. Bizim, ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i yakla\u015fmam\u0131z, mevcut duruma g\u00f6re stratejimizi belirlememiz gerekiyor.
