Epidemiyolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar denilen ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da farkl\u0131 bilim dallar\u0131ndaki ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7e\u015fit ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla ancak y\u0131llar sonra bir sonuca var\u0131labiliyor. Japonya\u2019da at\u0131lan atom bombalar\u0131n\u0131n etkilerinin epidemiyolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bile, her biri 100.000 ki\u015fiyi kapsayan, radyasyondan \u2018etkilenen\u2019 ve \u2018etkilenmeyen\u2019 gruplarda 1945\u2019den beri s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta oralardaki \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek radyasyon dozlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kan kanseri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kanser t\u00fcrleri, aradan ge\u00e7en bu uzun zamana ve s\u00fcrekli sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrollerine kar\u015f\u0131n, hen\u00fcz radyasyona kesinlikle ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil. \u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinin Do\u011fu Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde olu\u015fturdu\u011fu, Japonya\u2019dakine oranla \u00e7ok daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck radyasyon dozlar\u0131n\u0131n, insanda kanser yap\u0131p yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterebilmek, de\u011fi\u015fken do\u011fal radyasyon dozlar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00a0kanser yapan di\u011fer etkenlerin de perdelemesiyle hi\u00e7 de kolay de\u011fildir ve bu nedenlerle kapsaml\u0131 bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara gerek vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinin etkilerinin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir epidemiyolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rma asl\u0131nda 1986\u2019da ba\u015flamal\u0131yd\u0131. Aradan 30 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen toprakta \u00c7ernobil kaynakl\u0131 hala en etkin radyoaktif madde olan Sezyum 137 (Cs 137, 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k yar\u0131lanma s\u00fcresi nedeniyle yar\u0131ya inmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen) vard\u0131r ve bug\u00fcn de, \u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinden yo\u011fun etkilenen y\u00f6relerde, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir. \u00d6te yandan 1986\u2019da do\u011fanlar, bug\u00fcn 30 ya\u015f\u0131ndalar. O g\u00fcn 10 ve 15 ya\u015flar\u0131nda olanlar ise bug\u00fcn 40, 45 ya\u015flar\u0131ndalar. Bu nedenle, \u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinden, b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde daha \u00e7ok etkilenenler, bug\u00fcn 45 ya\u015flar\u0131n alt\u0131nda olanlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinin Hopa y\u00f6resinde etkisini ara\u015ft\u0131ran, T\u00fcrk Tabipleri Birli\u011fi\u2019nin (Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin Hopa Belediyesi\u2019nin deste\u011fiyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131) \u00a0kapsaml\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma raporu 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r \/3\/. 100 sayfay\u0131 ge\u00e7en bu bilimsel, objektif rapor, belki bu konuda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir.
