Yenilenebilir Enerjiye 250 milyar ABD\u00a0Dolar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131. Toplam 500 milyar ABD Dolar\u0131 tutar\u0131ndaki\u00a0fosil yak\u0131t s\u00fcbvansiyonlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, yenilenebilir enerji ana ak\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturdu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konvansiyonel enerji tesisleri i\u015f stratejilerini yenilenebilir enerjiye \u00e7evirmek\u00a0zorunda kald\u0131lar, aksi takdirde yok olacaklar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131na vard\u0131lar. \u00c7in,\u00a0yenilenebilir enerjide d\u00fcnya lideri oldu. Enerji sadece elektrik demek de\u011fildir; %100 yenilenebilir enerji\u00a0hedefine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in elektrik sisteminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemini\u00a0ve ula\u015f\u0131m sistemini de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeliyiz. Hem binalar hem de sanayi alan\u0131nda\u00a0enerji verimlili\u011fi ve \u0131s\u0131tma alan\u0131na daha fazla odaklan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Gelecekte\u00a0ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n hangi enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullanaca\u011f\u0131 hala net de\u011fil. Biyoenerji, d\u00fcnyada\u00a0kullan\u0131lan yenilenebilir enerjide en b\u00fcy\u00fck paya sahip ve gelecekte de \u00f6yle\u00a0kalacak gibi g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Sadece r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine de\u011fil, biyok\u00fctleye\u00a0de \u00f6nem vermeliyiz. \u00dclkeler ve yenilenebilir enerjiyi destekleyen kurum ve\u00a0organizasyonlar aras\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerjiye g\u00f6sterilen destek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan\u00a0baz\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar var (\u00f6zellikle biyoenerji konusunda).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerji ve fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n tersine, yenilenebilir enerji do\u011fas\u0131 itibariyle\u00a0da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kt\u0131r ve merkezi de\u011fildir. Yenilenebilir enerjinin uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in karar\u00a0vericilerin aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130ktidara kimin geldi\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak\u00a0enerji politikalar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Karar vericiler \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm taraf\u0131nda oldu\u011fu\u00a0takdirde yenilenebilir enerjinin geni\u015f oranda kullan\u0131m\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin\u00a0Danimarka\u2019da bu oran %40 d\u0131r.\u00a0Yenilenebilir enerji ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7ekici hale geldi ve bu durum, Fas\u2019taki son\u00a0r\u00fczgar enerjisi ihalesiyle de kendini g\u00f6sterdi. \u0130hale, 2,8 avrosent\/kWh ile sona\u00a0erdi ve Dubai\u2019de yap\u0131lan son g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ihalesi ise 2,99 ABD dolarsent\/kWh\u00a0ile sonland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yerel halk\u0131n i\u015fin i\u00e7ine dahil edilmesi ve elde edilen kazan\u00e7 ve faydalar\u0131n\u00a0topluluk i\u00e7inde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, yenilenebilir enerji projelerinin etkin bir \u015fekilde\u00a0uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi k\u00fcresel bir mesele oldu\u011fu\u00a0i\u00e7in %100 yenilenebilir enerjiye k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta ge\u00e7i\u015fi nas\u0131l h\u0131zland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131\u00a0d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemiz gerekir. Konferans kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, sorunun boyutunu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcltmek ve\u00a0%100 yenilenebilir enerji hedefine do\u011fru ilerleyebilmek i\u00e7in, enerji alan\u0131ndaki\u00a0\u00f6nceli\u011fin enerjinin son kullan\u0131m verimlili\u011fi oldu\u011fu konusunda hemfikir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken baz\u0131 etkenler ve her\u00a0toplulu\u011fun, kasaban\u0131n, kentin ve \u00fclkenin almas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemler bulunuyor,\u00a0bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131:<br \/>\n1.
