Bunun silindirik tavan\u0131nda, bir \u00e7ok sanayi binalar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi rayl\u0131 vin\u00e7ler bulunacak ve ileride yeni k\u0131l\u0131f yerine konulduktan ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131yla ili\u015fkisi hava ka\u00e7\u0131rmayacak \u015fekilde kesildikten sonra, eski binan\u0131n s\u00f6k\u00fclmesine ve i\u00e7indekilerin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na ba\u015flanabilecek. T\u00fcm iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7abalar\u0131 ve omurilik aktar\u0131m\u0131na ra\u011fmen bunlardan 28\u2019i \u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7land\u0131.1987-2004 aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca 19 ki\u015fi \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle \u00f6ld\u00fc (bunlarda radyasyon etkisi olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tam olarak bilinemiyor).<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong>\u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinden T\u00fcrkiye halk\u0131 ne kadar etkilendi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Yeti\u015fkinler i\u00e7in ya\u015fam boyu (ortalama 70 y\u0131l g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131n\u0131yor) dozu olarak, Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u2019in k\u0131rsal kesimi i\u00e7in hesaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 6 mSv\u2019lik ortalama de\u011ferin \/bkz.5\/, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck dozlar\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer b\u00f6lgeleri de kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsay\u0131larak, T\u00fcrkiye geneli i\u00e7in \u2018bu g\u00fcvenlik eklemesiyle\u2019 birlikte, \u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki insanlar\u0131n v\u00fccutlar\u0131nda olu\u015fabilecek ya\u015fam boyu do\u011fal radyasyon dozunu: 6 \/ (2,4 x 70)\u00a0 = % 4 kadar y\u00fckseltebilece\u011fi beklenebilir.\u00a0 % 4\u2019l\u00fck bu ek miktar ise bir y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama do\u011fal radyasyon dozunun de\u011fi\u015fim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kal\u0131yor (1-10 mSv). Ancak bunlar ortalama de\u011ferler olup \u00f6nemli olan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 dozlar\u0131n olu\u015ftu\u011fu \u00e7ay ve f\u0131nd\u0131k i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 dozlard\u0131r. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle, \u00c7ernobil radyoaktivitesi sonucu, halk\u0131n s\u00fcrekli etkilendi\u011fi do\u011fal radyasyon dozuna bu miktarda ek bir radyasyon dozu olu\u015fmu\u015ftur (Ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar i\u00e7in Bkz \/5\/). Bu doz miktarlar\u0131, v\u00fccudun do\u011fal kaynaklardan s\u00fcrekli ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 dozun de\u011fi\u015fim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na y\u0131lda:1-10 mSv) kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, \u00c7ernobil\u2019in v\u00fccutta belirgin bir hasar olu\u015fturmas\u0131 beklenmiyor. Ancak a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 radyoaktivitenin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirli y\u00f6relerdeki insanlarda (\u00f6rne\u011fin Do\u011fu Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesindeki \u00e7ay ve f\u0131nd\u0131k i\u015f\u00e7ilerinde) etkinin ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde oldu\u011funun belirlenebilmesi i\u00e7in, bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla kapsaml\u0131, uzun s\u00fcreli (10-30 y\u0131l gibi) epidemiyolojik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekiyordu. Bu gibi bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Do\u011fu Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan \u00e7ok say\u0131daki \u00e7ay fabrikas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131lar\u0131 100.000\u2019i ge\u00e7en \u00e7ay i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin s\u0131rtlar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7uvallardan (bkz.\u015eekil 3) ya da fabrikalardaki bantlardaki y\u00fcksek\u00a0radyoakitiviteli \u00e7aylardan \u2018do\u011frudan radyasyonla\u2019 ne kadar etkilendi\u011fi, o zamanlar \u00c7ernobil kazas\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z yakalanan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de personel ve alet yetersizli\u011finden \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclememi\u015f, doz ve riskler hesaplanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00d6te yandan v\u00fccudumuzdaki do\u011fal radyoaktif maddelere ra\u011fmen h\u00fccreler, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7tan beri sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak ya\u015famay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlar. \u00c7ernobil kaynakl\u0131, genellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck d\u00fczeyde ve y\u0131llar ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e gitgide azalan\u00a0 dozlar\u0131n etkisiyle h\u00fccrelerde olabilecek bozulmalar\u0131n, do\u011fal radyasyon dozlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimlerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek bozulmalarla birlikte g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir ki b\u00f6yle bir bozulma g\u00f6zlenemiyor.
