Dr. <strong>Hasan Bedir<\/strong>\u2019den olu\u015fan ekip \u00fcstleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan projenin nihai hedefine ula\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda y\u00fcksek verim ve enerji etkinli\u011fine sahip, karbondioksit emisyonu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir &#8220;k\u00f6m\u00fcrden do\u011fal gaz (SNG) \u00fcretim teknolojisi&#8221;nin hemen t\u00fcm\u00fc katalitik olan ana s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ait teknik kataliz\u00f6rler geli\u015ftirmi\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesinde SNG ya da benzeri katalitik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7eren teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesinde kullan\u0131labilecek, bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Ar-Ge&#8217;den teknoloji geli\u015ftirmeye ge\u00e7ebilecek donan\u0131mda bir laboratuvar olu\u015fturulacak. K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte ise T\u00fcrkiye uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r geli\u015ftirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme sahip SNG teknolojisinin ithalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil, bu y\u00fcksek teknolojinin ihracat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 haline gelecek.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. <strong>Ahmet Erhan Aksoylu, <\/strong>konuya ili\u015fkin olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede,Aral\u0131k 2015\u2019da toplanan Paris \u0130klim Zirvesi\u2019nde, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n 2 derece ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatt\u0131. K\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok kirli bir fosil yak\u0131t durumunda bulundu\u011funu ve birim enerji ba\u015f\u0131na karbondioksit emisyonunun \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Aksoylu, <em>\u201cBug\u00fcn karbondioksit emisyon ton fiyat\u0131 4 \u2013 7 dolar d\u00fczeyinde. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu rakam 100-120 Euro\u2019ya y\u00fckselecek. Bu, \u00f6zellikle k\u00f6m\u00fcr bazl\u0131 enerji \u00fcretim tesisleri i\u00e7in ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez bir rakam. Y\u00fcksek k\u00f6m\u00fcr rezervlerine sahip olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hem enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanabilmesi, hem de \u00e7evresel etkiler nedeniyle k\u00f6m\u00fcrden do\u011falgaz \u00fcretiminin karbondioksit emisyonu s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde sa\u011flanmas\u0131 bir \u00f6ncelik haline geldi\u201d <\/em>dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00fcksek enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, daha \u00e7evreci enerji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Aksoylu, do\u011falgazda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcrd\u00fck\u00e7e enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finden bahsetmenin zor olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak s\u00f6z konusu yeni teknolojinin hem d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hem de enerji g\u00fcvenlili\u011fi sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Projenin uygulamaya ge\u00e7irilmesiyle emisyon yaratan fosil yak\u0131ttan, emisyonu g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck temiz fosil yak\u0131ta ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Aksoylu, \u2018<em>\u2019Bu teknolojiyi \u00e7ok ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde, ne kadar yayg\u0131n olarak uygularsan\u0131z enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi daha y\u00fcksek, daha \u00e7evreci enerji elde etmi\u015f olursunuz. \u00dclkemizdeki k\u00f6m\u00fcr rezervi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011falgaz a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapanabilir d\u00fczeyde\u2019\u2019 <\/em>diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Aksoylu \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c<em>K\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkilerinin yayg\u0131n olmas\u0131 nedeniyle 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar mekanizmalar\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirlenecek olan, \u00fclkemizin de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, Kyoto \u00f6tesi uluslararas\u0131 anla\u015fmalardaki limitlerin \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131; 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn, \u00f6zellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kaliteli k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn, do\u011frudan kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n emisyon vergileri nedeniyle h\u0131zla pahalanarak ekonomik uygunluktan uzakla\u015faca\u011f\u0131, buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u00e7evresel etkisi en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fosil yak\u0131t olarak kabul edilen do\u011falgaz\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131 kuvvetle \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6m\u00fcrden do\u011falgaz \u00fcreten halen kullan\u0131mdaki end\u00fcstriyel tek tesisin ABD\u2019de bulundu\u011funu, ancak eski teknolojiye sahip bu tesiste ekonomik olarak \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek maliyetler ile \u00fcretimin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Aksoylu, var olan teknolojinin ekonomik uygunlu\u011fu olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yak\u0131n gelecekteki \u00e7evresel reg\u00fclasyonlar nedeniyle zengin k\u00f6m\u00fcr rezervlerine sahip \u00c7in\u2019in end\u00fcstriyel tesislerin kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.
