T\u00fcrkiye ise ne yaz\u0131k ki yerk\u00fcrenin gelece\u011fini belirleyecek bu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 yakalamaktan \u00e7ok uzak. Bu durumun matbaan\u0131n icad\u0131ndan y\u00fcz y\u0131l sonra Osmanl\u0131 Devletinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 bir ironiye sebep olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz!<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">G\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczg\u00e2r, su, biok\u00fctle ve jeotermal kaynaklardan \u00fcretilen enerji yenilenebilir olarak adland\u0131r\u0131yor. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler h\u0131zla g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisine ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131yor.\u00a0 2015\u2019de d\u00fcnyada g\u00fcne\u015ften elektrik \u00fcretiminde 51 bin megavat\u0131 (MW)\u00a0 yeni kurulumla 228 bin MW\u2019\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda\u00a0 249 megavata hen\u00fcz ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dcstelik h\u00fck\u00fcmetin uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmedi\u011fi lisans ihalelerini bypas eden lisanss\u0131z g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralleri ile. Bir bak\u0131ma \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r h\u00fck\u00fcmete ra\u011fmen \u2018g\u00fcne\u015f\u2019 demeye \u00e7abal\u0131yor. 2015 sonu itibar\u0131yla toplam 2 bin 345 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde 2 bin 750 adet lisanss\u0131z g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santral projesi onayland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin r\u00fczg\u00e2r santrallerdeki durumu enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yapan \u00fclkelere g\u00f6re \u00e7ok \u00e7ok gerilerde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen umut verici. 2015 itibar\u0131yla toplam kurulu kapasite bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 25 artarak 4718 MW a ula\u015ft\u0131.\u00a0 Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz sene yap\u0131lan 3 bin MW\u2019l\u0131k r\u00fczg\u00e2r lisans\u0131 ihalesine 42 bin MW\u2019l\u0131k teklif gelmesi ba\u015fka s\u00f6ze hacet b\u0131rakmayan bir vaka.\u00a0 \u0130lk yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti fosil yak\u0131tlara g\u00f6re y\u00fcksek. Ancak bu durum teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fiyor.\u00a0 Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin maliyeti watt ba\u015f\u0131na maliyeti 2014\u2019te 2.16 dolar olan maliyeti y\u00fczde 40 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle 1,24 dolara gerileyecek.<br \/>\nYat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1990\u2019lar ve 2000\u2019in ba\u015flar\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in fosil yak\u0131tlara g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek fiyattan al\u0131m garantileri verildi.\u00a0 Yenilenebilir enerjinin piyasa \u015fartlar\u0131nda geli\u015fimi h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerce frenlendi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Almanya bu s\u00fcreci devletin direk sekt\u00f6re yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 destekler ve t\u00fcketiciye koydu\u011fu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir yenilenebilir enerji vergisi ile ge\u00e7ti.\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki t\u00fcketicinin fatura bedelinin yar\u0131s\u0131na yakla\u015fan da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedeli kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Almanlar\u0131n \u00f6dedi\u011fi yenilenebilir enerji vergisi devede kulak kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Almanya T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Kurulu kapasitesi kadar elektri\u011fi sadece g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2rdan \u00fcretiyor.\u00a0 Fosil yak\u0131tlara g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha fazla istihdam sa\u011flayan yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde 500 bin ki\u015fiyi i\u015f ve a\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 2020\u2019de 17 n\u00fckleer santralini kapatacak olan Almanya, 2050\u2019de elektri\u011finin y\u00fczde 80\u2019ini yenilebilir kaynaklardan sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">D\u00f6nelim T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye. Ak Parti 2002 Se\u00e7im Beyannamesinde; \u201c Yenilenebilir ve alternatif enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nlenecektir\u201d ifadesine yer vermi\u015fti. Anadolu ortalama g\u00fcnde 7,5 saat g\u00fcne\u015fleniyor. Bu rakam Almanya\u2019dan y\u00fczde 60 daha y\u00fcksek. Bu nimete ra\u011fmen Almanya\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 40 bin MW\u2019\u0131 a\u015farken 2015 sonunda 249 MW oldu. Almanya\u2019n\u0131n binde 6\u2019s\u0131nday\u0131z, iyi mi?<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 73 bin MW\u2019lik toplam kurulu elektrik g\u00fcc\u00fc i\u00e7inde g\u00fcne\u015fin pay\u0131 sadece binde 3! T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcne\u015ften elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretim potansiyelinin en az 500 bin megavat. WWF G\u00fcne\u015f Atlas\u0131na g\u00f6re, toplam 790 km\u00b2\u2019lik bir alana yay\u0131lacak g\u00fcne\u015f mod\u00fclleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u015fu andaki elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131laman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Paris\u2019te 2016 ba\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u0130klim Zirvesi\u2019nde \u00fclkelerin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine sebep olan fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda anla\u015fmas\u0131 yenilebilir enerjiyi daha da \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hem bu anla\u015fmay\u0131 imzalay\u0131p ard\u0131ndan k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermesi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tezat. \u00dcstelik sa\u011fl\u0131k ve \u00e7evre maliyetleri hesaba kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131tlara dayal\u0131 enerji \u00fcretimi \u00e7ok daha a\u011f\u0131r bir fatura \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong>G\u00dcNE\u015e \u00c7A\u011eI BA\u015eLADI!<\/strong><br \/>\nMarmara \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi ve EUROSOLAR (Avrupa Yenilenebilir Enerji Birli\u011fi) T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Tanay S\u0131tk\u0131 Uyar, fosil \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bitti\u011fini art\u0131k d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na girdi\u011fini belirtiyor. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc kritik sorunun \u201cNe kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fczde 100 yenilenebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7ece\u011fiz?\u201d oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Uyar, bu soruya verilecek cevab\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gelece\u011fini belirleyece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuyor. H\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin yenilebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015fte niye bu kadar a\u011f\u0131r davrand\u0131klar\u0131 sorusuna Prof.Dr. Uyar\u2019\u0131n, ilgin\u00e7 bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k veriyor: Ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerden kredi al\u0131p, terk edilmi\u015f teknolojileri \u00fclkemize getiriyorlar. Uyar, R\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ile elektrik \u00fcretimi; kayna\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretsiz en ucuz \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\" style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">G\u00fcne\u015ften \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin kilovat\u0131 9 kuru\u015fa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130zlenmesi gereken yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda acil ad\u0131mlar almas\u0131, do\u011fru bir stratejiyle hareket etmesi gerekiyor.
