T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de binalarda kullan\u0131lan enerjinin %70-%90\u2032\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma i\u00e7in harcan\u0131yor. Geri kalan k\u0131sm\u0131 da elektrik ve ayd\u0131nlatma i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z binalarda d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya ka\u00e7an s\u0131cak\/so\u011fuk hava dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hem \u0131s\u0131n\u0131p so\u011fuyam\u0131yoruz hem de kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjiyi israf etmi\u015f oluyoruz. Binay\u0131 gere\u011fi gibi yal\u0131tman\u0131n, %50\u2032ye varan oranlarda tasarruf sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor (Yeni yap\u0131lan binalarda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 devlet taraf\u0131ndan zorunlu hale getirildi. Eski binalar ise 2017 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak zorunda). Is\u0131tma, so\u011futma ve havaland\u0131rmayla ilgili do\u011fal havaland\u0131rma olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek (pasif havaland\u0131rma) binan\u0131n tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyor. Is\u0131tma-so\u011futmaya peyzaj\u0131n da bir katk\u0131s\u0131 olabilmekte (s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir peyzaj). Yap\u0131larda kullan\u0131labilecek \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma sistemlerinin y\u00fcksek verimli, geri kazan\u0131ml\u0131 olanlar\u0131n\u0131 piyasada bulabilmek olanak dahilinde. Yap\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak otomasyon sistemleri kurmak da enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flaman\u0131n bir yolu.<br \/>\nAyd\u0131nlatma-elektrik kaleminde enerji tasarrufu, verimli cihazlara (\u00f6zellikle beyaz e\u015fya se\u00e7iminde), sens\u00f6rl\u00fc ayd\u0131nlatmalara, tasarruflu \u0131\u015f\u0131k kaynaklar\u0131na, dimlenebilir ve do\u011fal ayd\u0131nlatma sistemlerine y\u00f6nelmek gibi kolay ve ekonomik se\u00e7imlerle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmekte. Enerji tasarrufu, suyun \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak enerji giderini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren olduk\u00e7a basit ve \u00fclkemizde de yayg\u0131n olan g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle su \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerleriyle de sa\u011flanabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131.<\/strong> R\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f, toprak ve sudan elde edilen enerjinin bina i\u00e7inde \u0131s\u0131ta-so\u011futma ve ayd\u0131nlatma-elektrikte kullan\u0131labiliyor oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. \u0130ster yap\u0131 kompleksleri, ister tek tek binalar baz\u0131nda olsun, r\u00fczgar trib\u00fcnleri, g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri (baz\u0131 durumlarda ikisi bir arada), toprak ve su kaynakl\u0131 sistemler, s\u0131cak hava panelleri, evaporatif so\u011futma sistemleri gibi teknolojilerle nispeten temiz ve kesinlikle yenilenebilir enerjileri y\u00fcksek verimde kullanmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>Verimli ve\/veya yenilenebilir enerji kullanan ak\u0131ll\u0131 sistemler, genel anlamda tasarruf sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131nda karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gelecek ku\u015faklar\u0131 enerji bak\u0131m\u0131ndan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya sokmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli sistemler. Mart 2012\u2032de yay\u0131nlanan y\u00f6netmelikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de art\u0131k herkes lisanss\u0131z olarak 500kW\u2019ya kadar kendi elektri\u011fini \u00fcretebilecek, hatta fazla elektri\u011fi devlete satabilecek.
