Yeni yasa 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek. Bu tarihten itibaren in\u015fa edilen binalar\u0131n enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n minimum %15&#8217;ini de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 istenecek. Yani di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle panel yoksa bina da yok!<\/p>\n<p>ABD&#8217;li politikac\u0131 Scott Weiner&#8217;a g\u00f6re yeni yasa olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli; \u201cBu kural ile \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z aktif hale gelecek. B\u00f6ylece \u015fehrimiz daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve temiz havaya sahip olacak. B\u00fcy\u00fck kentlerde, yenilenebilir enerjiyi geni\u015fletmek ve te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in daha ak\u0131ll\u0131 olmal\u0131y\u0131z.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bu uygulama sayesinde y\u0131lda 26 bin metre ton karbondioksitin atmosfere kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na engel olunacak.
