YEM\u2019in Fulya\u2019daki merkezinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen etkinlikte bu y\u0131l Yap\u0131 Dergisi Se\u00e7kisi panelinde, <strong>\u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>\u2019nin ScOLa binas\u0131 \u201cAnatomik Bir Vaka Et\u00fcd\u00fc\u201d olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Yap\u0131 Dergisi Genel Yay\u0131n Y\u00f6netmeni Y.Mimar Yasemin Keskin Engin\u00f6z\u2019\u00fcn moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki panel\u2019de, E\u00c7EM Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. M. P\u0131nar Meng\u00fc\u00e7, Y.Mimar Yasemin Somuncu, B-Design\u2019dan Mimar Emre G\u00fcrsoy, <strong>\u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> Teknik Hizmetler M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>Saadet \u00d6zkan<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> Yabanc\u0131 Diller Y\u00fcksekokulu Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Nergis Uyan Akbay ile ScOLa binas\u0131 boydan boya kesilerek \u2018anatomik\u2019 m\u00fcdahaleler yoluyla g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>200 B\u0130N DOLARLIK TASARRUF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panelde hem enerji verimli bir mimari yap\u0131y\u0131 anlamak, hem enerji etkin-d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli yap\u0131 \u00fcretme s\u00fcrecini incelemek, hem de bu s\u00fcreci ve mek\u00e2n\u0131 tasarlamak i\u00e7in gereken yakla\u015f\u0131m ve s\u00fcreci analiz etme f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulunuldu. Ayr\u0131ca, yeni nesil \u201cye\u015fil\u201d kavramlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 ad\u0131mlarla ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, ScOLa Binas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n AB Proje hedefinin de alt\u0131nda kalan 45 kWh\/m<sup>2<\/sup>\u2019lik t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k 200.000 USD\u2019l\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen tasarruf de\u011ferine etkisi de NEGAWATT kavram\u0131 \u00fczerinden tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019DEK\u0130 UYGULAMA B\u0130NASI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> Enerji, \u00c7evre ve Ekonomi Merkezi (E\u00c7EM), 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de payda\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fu, be\u015f \u00fclkeden on yedi kurumun ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve \u0130spanyol Zaragoza \u00dcniversitesi CIRCE Enerji Merkezi koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u201cNEED4B: Yeni Binalarda Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Uygulamalar\u0131\u201d projesini 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda be\u015f farkl\u0131 iklim b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan ve farkl\u0131 in\u015faat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden gelen de\u011fi\u015fik tipolojiler ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklerde uygulama binalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Projenin T\u00fcrkiye aya\u011f\u0131nda uygulama binas\u0131 olarak in\u015fa edilen <strong>\u00d6z\u00dc<\/strong> Yabanc\u0131 Diller Okulu (ScOLa),E\u00c7EM koordinasyonunda F\u0130BA Holding ve B-Design ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YEN\u0130L\u0130K\u00c7\u0130 VE B\u00dcT\u00dcNLE\u015e\u0130K ENERJ\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yenilik\u00e7i ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik enerji uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ScOLa binas\u0131, <strong>\u00d6z\u00dc<\/strong> \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y yerle\u015fkesi i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131yor. Bina, di\u011fer LEED Gold sertifikal\u0131 binalar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yerle\u015fkede birbiriyle ili\u015fkili olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen\/\u00f6r\u00fclen e\u011fitim i\u015flevli mekansal a\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019N\u0130N \u00d6RNEK B\u0130NASI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc`nde yer alan 17.715 m<sup>2<\/sup> br\u00fct alana sahip ScOLa Binas\u0131, Yabanc\u0131 Diller Y\u00fcksek Okulu olarak 1450 civar\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenciye, 125 akademisyen ve 10 y\u00f6netici ile birlikte 2013 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana e\u011fitim veriyor.
