Verimlilik Artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Projelerinin desteklenmesini isteyen end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler, Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck taraf\u0131ndan tebli\u011f olarak yay\u0131mlanan usul ve esaslara uygun olarak enerji verimlili\u011fi dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u015firketlerine haz\u0131rlatt\u0131klar\u0131 projelerini Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimi 1000 TEP ve \u00fczeri olan ticaret ve sanayi odas\u0131, ticaret odas\u0131 veya sanayi odas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak faaliyet g\u00f6steren ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc mal \u00fcretimi yapan i\u015fletmeler VAP desteklerinden faydalanabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VAP Desteklerinden yararlanmak<\/strong> isteyen <strong>End\u00fcstriyel \u0130\u015fletmelerin<\/strong> a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 gerekmektedir:<\/p>\n<p>1- End\u00fcstriyel \u0130\u015fletmenin Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veri taban\u0131nda (ENVER PORTAL) kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>2- Enerji y\u00f6neticisinin bulunmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>3- Enerji t\u00fcketimi ve enerji y\u00f6netimi uygulamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgilerini Yenilenebilir Enerji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne (YEGM) iletilmi\u015f olmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>4- ISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi-Kullan\u0131m K\u0131lavuzu ve \u015eartlar Standard\u0131 belgesine sahip olmas\u0131 veya bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 1000 TEP\u2019in \u00fczerinde ve yukar\u0131daki ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flayan her end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletme, YEGM taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilmi\u015f bir Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 \u015eirketinin haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu VAP DOSYASI ile hibelerden yararlanabilmek i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yapabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fvurular ayn\u0131 anda en fazla 5 proje ile yap\u0131labilmektedir. Proje yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131 en fazla 1 milyon TL olan projeler \u00a0<strong>%30 oran\u0131nda<\/strong> desteklenmektedir. Basit bir hesapla <strong>5 adet enerji verimlili\u011fi projesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in 5 milyon TL\u2019lik yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k <strong>1,5 milyon TL\u2019lik hibe<\/strong> alma f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VAP TE\u015eV\u0130KLER\u0130 \u0130\u00c7\u0130N EVD F\u0130RMALARINA D\u00dc\u015eEN SORUMLULUKLAR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; VAP dosyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; Fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; Tesis taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilen t\u00fcm belgelerin VAP dosyas\u0131na i\u015flenmesi,<br \/>\n&#8211; Tesise YEGM\u2019ye teslim etmeleri i\u00e7in dosyan\u0131n nihai halinin g\u00f6nderilmesi,<br \/>\n&#8211; Ba\u015fvuru kabulunden sonra YEGM taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen mevcut durumun tespiti toplant\u0131s\u0131na kat\u0131larak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri tekrarlamas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; Proje hibeye hak kazand\u0131ktan sonra tasarrufun tespiti i\u00e7in YEGM ziyaretine kat\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p><strong>VAP TE\u015eV\u0130KLER\u0130 \u0130\u00c7\u0130N END\u00dcSTR\u0130YEL \u0130\u015eLETMELERE D\u00dc\u015eEN SORUMLULUKLAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; VAP ba\u015fvuru ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; VAP ba\u015fvuru dosyas\u0131n\u0131n sanayide yetkilendirilmi\u015f bir EVD \u015eirketine haz\u0131rlat\u0131lmas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; Yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131m kapsam\u0131n\u0131n tesis taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmesi ve s\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in tedarik\u00e7ilerden teklif toplanmas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; VAP i\u015fletme formunun a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde doldurulmas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; VAP dosyas\u0131na ek olacak belgelerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131,<br \/>\n&#8211; Proje dosyas\u0131n\u0131n eksiksiz olarak YEGM\u2019ne iletilmesi.<\/p>\n<p>Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe desteklenmesi i\u00e7in sunulan projelerde, proje haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ile hizmetin ba\u015fvuru sahibi end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmenin faaliyette bulundu\u011fu alt sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn uzman\u0131 olan \u015firketten al\u0131nmas\u0131 halinde, hizmet bedeli Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck taraf\u0131ndan tebli\u011f olarak yay\u0131mlanan usul ve esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde destek kapsam\u0131na dahil edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>VAP\u2019\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 durumunda verimlilik art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n VAP ba\u015fvuru dosyas\u0131nda uygulama sonras\u0131 kontrol k\u0131sm\u0131nda tarif edildi\u011fi \u015fekilde kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131larak ispat\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
