Mevcut ulusal planlara g\u00f6re, bu pay 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ancak y\u00fczde 21\u2019e ula\u015fabilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HIZI 6\u2019YA KATLAMAK LAZIM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu oran\u0131n 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 36\u2019ya ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in y\u0131ll\u0131k yenilenebilir enerji kurulum h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n 6 kat\u0131na, br\u00fct 770 milyar dolara \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bunun k\u00fcresel enerji sisteminde yarataca\u011f\u0131 net harcama art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise sadece y\u0131ll\u0131k 290 milyar dolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4.2 M\u0130LYAR DOLARLIK TASARRUF FIRSATI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu yolla elde edilebilecek y\u0131ll\u0131k tasarruf tutar\u0131 ise ilave harcama ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tam 15 kat\u0131, yani 4.2 milyar dolar olarak hesaplan\u0131yor. Amin, insano\u011flu yenilenebilir enerji \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen gerekli \u00e7aba sarf edilmezse uluslararas\u0131 iklim ve kalk\u0131nma hedeflerine gerekli h\u0131zda eri\u015filemeyece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Bu, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, sekt\u00f6rde 15 milyondan daha fazla yeni istihdam anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">2 &#8211; K\u00fcresel gayri safi has\u0131lada ilave\u00a01.3 trilyon dolarl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">3 &#8211; Fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanan hava kirlili\u011finin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama\u00a04 milyon ki\u015finin hayat\u0131 kurtar\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">4 &#8211; K\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131,\u00a0sanayi \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemlere g\u00f6re 2\u00b0C\u2019nin alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">5 &#8211; 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar enerji kaynakl\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu\u00a012 milyar ton d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilir. Bu rakam, \u00fclkelerin Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ncesi verdi\u011fi\u00a0Ulusal Katk\u0131 Niyet Beyanlar\u0131ndaki rakam\u0131n tam 5 kat\u0131 emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 demek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5 TEMEL ADIM \u00d6NER\u0130S\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in raporda 5 \u00f6ncelik belirleniyor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">(1) Fosil yak\u0131tlar lehine sonu\u00e7 veren, piyasa aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 gidermek; (2) enerji sistemlerinin esnekli\u011fini artt\u0131rarak farkl\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji formlar\u0131n\u0131n sisteme giri\u015fini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">(3) Yeni kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerinde ve sanayide \u0131s\u0131nma ve so\u011futma ama\u00e7l\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceliklendiren \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmek;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">(4) Yenilenebilir enerji ve biyoyak\u0131tlar\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131mda kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rarak hava kirlili\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">(5) Biyoenerjinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, ekonomik ve g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde teminini sa\u011flamak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IRENA K\u0130MD\u0130R?
