Hatta ben di\u011fer (yabanc\u0131) devlet ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131na Japon n\u00fckleer santrallerini tavsiye ediyordum. Ama Japonya\u2019n\u0131n bir tesad\u00fcf eseri, r\u00fczgar\u0131n y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi sayesinde 50 milyon insan\u0131 tahliye etmekten kurtulmu\u015f oldu\u011funu kavray\u0131nca t\u00fcm g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerim ters y\u00fcz oldu. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z, torunlar\u0131m\u0131z ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan n\u00fckleer enerjiden vazge\u00e7mek bir zarurettir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fuku\u015fima \u00e7evresinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fuku\u015fima n\u00fckleer santralinin kontrol alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu belirten Japon uzmanlar ise yanm\u0131\u015f n\u00fckleer \u00e7ubuklar\u0131n tam olarak nerede bulundu\u011funu hala bilemediklerini de teslim ediyor. Fuku\u015fima\u2019daki enkaz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alan ba\u015f m\u00fchendis Koji, Fuku\u015fima yak\u0131n\u0131nda olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 bir maket \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTeknisyenler bir yandan Fuku\u015fima n\u00fckleer santralinin nas\u0131l \u00e7evreye daha fazla zarar vermeden ey uygun bi\u00e7imde y\u0131k\u0131labilece\u011fini ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca radyasyonun en fazla d\u00fczeye eri\u015fti\u011fi bu santrale girmeleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan deneyimli i\u015f\u00e7iler kendilerinden daha az tecr\u00fcbeli arkada\u015flar\u0131yla bu maket \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma imkan\u0131 buluyorlar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Radyasyonun ortadan kalkmas\u0131 i<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e7in<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a040 y\u0131l gerekiyor<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fuku\u015fima santralinin \u00e7evresinde ise g\u00fcnde 8 bine yak\u0131n personel g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor ve bu insanlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda azami radyasyon s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131yorlar. Santralin y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 ve radyasyonun ortadan kalkmas\u0131 i\u00e7in en uygun \u015fartlarda 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun ilk be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7iler radyasyon s\u0131zm\u0131\u015f yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck kazanlarda toplama i\u015fiyle u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131. Filtreleme olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu sular\u0131n denize kar\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131, depolanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u015eu anda 850 bin tonluk kapasiteye ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda.
