Otomotiv Distrib\u00fct\u00f6rleri Derne\u011fi (ODD) rakamlar\u0131 ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri sadece 5 elektrikli arac\u0131n sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">OPEC, 2040 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n araba pazar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 1\u2019ini olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyor. Ancak Bloomberg Yeni Enerji Finans\u0131 (BNEF) biriminin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 son ara\u015ft\u0131rma ayn\u0131 y\u0131l elektrikli ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha parla bir tablo \u00e7iziyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re 2020, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n benzinle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ara\u00e7lara fark atmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l olacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">2040\u2019da ise uzun menzilli elektrikli ara\u00e7lar 22 bin dolardan daha az bir fiyata sat\u0131lacak; bununla beraber yeni arabalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 35\u2019i elektrikli olacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">BNEF\u2019nin bu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcnde rol oynayan en \u00f6nemli etmen, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l batarya fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 35 d\u00fc\u015fmesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Tesla, Chevy ve Nissan ise \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 30 bin dolar civar\u0131nda elektrikli araba satmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Di\u011fer \u015firketler ise yeni modellere milyarlarca dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #111111;\"><strong>Petrol krizi olur mu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">BNEF\u2019e g\u00f6re, elektrikli ara\u00e7lara artan talep petrol krizine yol a\u00e7abilecek kadar artacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Anaslitler, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen y\u00fczde 60\u2019l\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n devam etmesi takdirde 2023\u2019te g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2 milyon varil petrol talebinin azalabilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Bu da 2014\u2019te petrol krizinin \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7an miktara denk geliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Ancak BNEF, bu oran\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011finin tutturulamamas\u0131 takdirinde petrol krizinin 2028\u2019de ya\u015fanabilece\u011fini analizine ekliyor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #111111;\"><strong>Petrol 20 dolar olursa?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">BNEF\u2019e g\u00f6re tahminlerinin tutmas\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt \u015fey ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeli: H\u00fck\u00fcmetler masraflar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in te\u015fvikler sunmal\u0131, \u00fcreticiler dar kar marj\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmeli, t\u00fcketiciler daha fazla elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullanmaya istekli olmal\u0131, bataryalar\u0131n maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015fmeli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Di\u011fer yandan BNEF\u2019nin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel, petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 20 dolar seviyelerine d\u00fc\u015fmesi olabilir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcz otomobiller ile Uber gibi araba payla\u015f\u0131m platformlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 da elektrikli arabalar\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckseli\u015fine set \u00e7ekebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Habert\u00fcrk Gazetesi Otomotiv Edit\u00f6r\u00fc Hakan \u00d6zenen, BNEF\u2019nin \u00e7izdi\u011fi bu etkileyici tablonun \u00e7ok ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde. \u00d6zenen, yaz\u0131lan son raporlarda elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n san\u0131landan daha yava\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fcyece\u011finin belirtildi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00d6zenen\u2019e g\u00f6re elektrikli arabalar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel, otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlu ara\u00e7lara hala y\u00fckl\u00fc miktarda yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131\u2026 Y\u0131lda 6 milyon ve \u00fczeri ara\u00e7 satan b\u00fcy\u00fck otomobil \u00fcreticileri, i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlu ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in \u015fimdiden\u00a0 80 milyar euro yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #111111;\"><strong>\u00c7evreci politikalarla b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00d6zenen, elektrikli araba pazar\u0131n\u0131n ancak \u00e7evreci siyasi hareketlerin bask\u0131s\u0131 ve egzoz emisyon normlar\u0131na uyulmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fcyece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cBatarya teknolojisi bizim sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00e7ok daha ileride. O y\u00fczden elektrikli ara\u00e7 piyasas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engeller, end\u00fcstrinin konvansiyonel ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131, petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seyretmesi ve altyap\u0131 eksikli\u011fi. Sadece devletlerin gerekli altyap\u0131y\u0131 haz\u0131rlamas\u0131, batarya normlar\u0131n\u0131n standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve reg\u00fclasyonlarla elektrikli araba sekt\u00f6r\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcyebilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00d6zenen\u2019e g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrikli ara\u00e7lara olan ilginin az olmas\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebi, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck vergi uygulansa bile ara\u00e7lar\u0131n pahal\u0131 olmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Elektrikli ara\u00e7larla yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 kilometrenin 2.5 liraya kat edildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6zenen, bu kadar ekonomik olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen uzun yol yapmay\u0131 seven T\u00fcrkiyeli s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n zora soktu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #111111;\"><strong>H\u00fck\u00fcmet te\u015fvi\u011fi yeterli mi?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Di\u011fer yandan \u00c7in\u2019e bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in verdi\u011fi deste\u011fi s\u0131k\u0131 denetleme karar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda \u00fcretimin neredeyse durma noktas\u0131na yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ocak ay\u0131nda elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi aral\u0131k ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 84 azalarak 16.100 adette kald\u0131. \u00c7in Sanayi ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re alternatif yak\u0131tl\u0131 ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi bug\u00fcne kadarki en b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Almanya\u2019da ise otomotiv \u015firketleri ile h\u00fck\u00fcmet aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan son toplant\u0131larda elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n nas\u0131l desteklenece\u011fi konusunda anla\u015fmaya var\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Taraflar, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 1 milyon elektrikli arac\u0131n yola \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 hedefi ad\u0131na \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere sa\u011flanacak te\u015fvikler i\u00e7in kimin ne kadar nakit destek sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011fine varamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">ABD, Fransa ve Norve\u00e7 gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede vergi indirimi, ara\u00e7 sahiplerine sa\u011flanan finansal yard\u0131mlar ve trafikte tan\u0131nan \u00f6nceliklerin elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.
