Kompleksin karbondioksit (CO2) sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 139 bin 768 ton azalt\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu 7 proje ile ayr\u0131ca 42 bin 727 TEP\/y\u0131l yak\u0131t kazanc\u0131 ve 10 bin 654 TEP\/ y\u0131l elektrik kazanc\u0131 elde edildi. Elektrik \u00fcretiminde elde edilen kazan\u00e7, Petkim\u2019in y\u0131ll\u0131k t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 10.2\u2032sine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201c\u00c7ALI\u015eANLARIMIZIN BA\u015eARISI\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>\u00d6d\u00fcl ile ilgili de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan Petkim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Sadettin Korkut, \u015firketin temel girdisi olan enerjide sa\u011flanan en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck tasarrufun bile b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bu bilince ula\u015fmas\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck memnuniyet duydu\u011funu belirtti. Petkim\u2019de \u201cEnerji Verimlili\u011fi Y\u0131l\u0131\u201d ilan edilen 2008\u2032den bug\u00fcne, enerji tasarrufu ve verimlili\u011finin \u015firket g\u00fcndeminde hep ilk s\u0131ralarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Korkut, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaliyetlerimizi etkileyen en \u00f6nemli giderlerden biri enerji maliyeti\u2026 \u00dcretim ve yat\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7evreci, verimli ve rekabet\u00e7i \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczerine oturtuyoruz. Rekabet\u00e7i olabilmemiz i\u00e7in ucuz enerji maliyetleri ile \u00e7evre dostu ve enerji t\u00fcketiminde cimri teknolojilerle \u00fcretim yapmak zorunday\u0131z. Artan enerji maliyetlerimiz ve karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde vermi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz taahh\u00fctler paralelinde, t\u00fcm fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131z ve i\u015f birimlerinde enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k veriyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 ve yenilik\u00e7i d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleriyle verimlilik projelerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak ve en etkin \u015fekilde uygulamaya al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u00d6neri Sistemi uygulamam\u0131z var. Bu kapsamda bug\u00fcne kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan verilen 4200 \u00f6neriden, yakla\u015f\u0131k 3000 adetini uygulanabilir bulduk ve 1600 \u00f6neriyi uygulayarak verimlilik yaratt\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u2018Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Y\u0131l\u0131\u2019 olarak ilan etmemizle ba\u015flayan ve kampanyalarla da desteklenen bu y\u00f6nelimi, her y\u0131l stratejik planda ortaya konan projelerle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. 2009, 2010 ve 2011 y\u0131llar\u0131nda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projelerle 21 milyon 300 bin TL de\u011ferinde enerji tasarruf ettik. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 55 ayr\u0131 enerji tasarrufu projesini g\u00fcndemimize ald\u0131k. Bu \u00f6d\u00fcle de 55 proje i\u00e7inden se\u00e7ti\u011fimiz projelerle kat\u0131ld\u0131k. \u015eirketimizde Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sertifikal\u0131 23 Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi bulunuyor. Fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131zda yeni teknolojiler, proses iyile\u015ftirmeleri ve enerji tasarrufu konular\u0131nda \u00e7ok bilgili ve bilin\u00e7li m\u00fchendis kadrolar\u0131m\u0131z bulunuyor. Bug\u00fcn ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu \u00f6d\u00fcl \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015flerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Petkim\u2019in ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu buhar ve elektri\u011fi kendi santralinde \u00fcretti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Korkut, Enerji Santrali\u2019nde y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 420.000 TEP kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yak\u0131t t\u00fcketilerek 6 milyon ton ekstra y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 buhar ve 1 milyon 200 MW elektrik \u00fcretildi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. SEVAP yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda kazand\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn ulusal bir \u00f6d\u00fcl oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Korkut, bu ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 bir proje yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile de per\u00e7inlemeyi istediklerini s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<h2>YARI\u015eMA J\u00dcR\u0130S\u0130, HANG\u0130 ESASLARA G\u00d6RE DE\u011eERLEND\u0130RME YAPTI?<\/h2>\n<p>Yenilenebilir Enerji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (YEGM) d\u00fczenledi\u011fi yar\u0131\u015fmada de\u011ferlendirilen projeler \u00e7ok disiplinli ve ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7ti. Projeleri YEGM temsilcilerinin de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu; Bilim, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sanayi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birli\u011fi, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK, \u00dcniversiteler ile T\u00fcrkiye Mimar ve M\u00fchendis Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi\u2019nin temsilcilerinden olu\u015fan B\u00fcy\u00fck J\u00fcri de\u011ferlendirdi.
