ETKB verilerine g\u00f6re 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerji talebi 120.3 milyon ton petrol e\u015fde\u011feri olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f. Bu miktar 1990 y\u0131l\u0131 t\u00fcketimine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 127\u2019lik bir art\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelmekte. 2013\u2019te yerli kaynaklar\u0131n birincil enerji t\u00fcketimindeki pay\u0131 ise sadece y\u00fczde 26.5 olmu\u015f; yani \u00fclkemizin birincil enerji gereksiniminin y\u00fczde 73.5\u2019inin ithalatla kar\u015f\u0131lanabilmi\u015f durumda oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte. Oysa enerji talebi i\u00e7erisinde yerli kaynaklar\u0131n pay\u0131 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 48; 2000\u2019de ise y\u00fczde 32.4 idi. \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclere g\u00f6re \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjideki d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artmaya devam edecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ithal eden T\u00fcrkiye, enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu birka\u00e7 \u00fclke aras\u0131nda yer almakta.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u201cyat\u0131r\u0131m nerede k\u00e2rl\u0131ysa orada yap\u0131l\u0131r\u201d mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen yanl\u0131\u015f enerji politikalar\u0131 asl\u0131nda d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde de kapitalizmin \u201cher ne pahas\u0131na k\u00e2r\u201d h\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131n izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Gezegenimizin kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 ac\u0131mas\u0131zca s\u00f6m\u00fcren ve ekolojik dengelerini tehdit eden daha \u00e7ok sanayi, daha \u00e7ok sermaye, daha \u00e7ok k\u00e2r anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayal\u0131 enerji t\u00fcketimi, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte geri d\u00f6n\u00fclmesi imk\u00e2ns\u0131z bir tahribata yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n D\u00fcnya Enerji G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc (WEO, 2013) Raporu, e\u011fer fosil yak\u0131tlara dayal\u0131 mevcut enerji t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zda k\u00f6kten de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapmazsak, 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda karbondioksit sal\u0131mlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n 5.30C dereceye ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir. WEO Raporu bu s\u00fcrecin tersine \u00e7evrilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle fosil yak\u0131tlara yap\u0131lmakta olan te\u015fviklerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, petrol ve gaz arama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki metan ve di\u011fer gaz s\u0131zmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesini, verimsiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta olan k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve enerji verimlili\u011fi politikalar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 asgari \u00f6nko\u015fullar olarak alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Necdet Hoca\u2019n\u0131n WEO Raporu\u2019ndan aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilere g\u00f6re, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131tlara d\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde sa\u011flanan te\u015fviklendirmenin maliyeti 548 milyar dolara eri\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bunun yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine yap\u0131lan te\u015fviklerden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu te\u015fvikler, elektrik \u00fcretiminde yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesen ve k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi tehdidinin \u015fiddetlenmesine neden olan \u00f6nemli bir olumsuzluk kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
