Y\u00fczde 17.2 ile r\u00fczgar enerjisinde k\u00fcresel b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131, 2014\u2019teki y\u00fczde 16.4\u2019l\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden daha y\u00fcksek oldu. Ekonomi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, \u201cEkonomi Blog\u201dunda yer alan habere g\u00f6re, 2015, temiz enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda rekor y\u0131l oldu. Bloomberg New Energy Finance\u2019den terc\u00fcme edilerek yay\u0131mlanan habere g\u00f6re, k\u00fcresel temiz enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 2015\u2019te 329 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra, yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesinde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 30\u2019luk bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. B\u00f6ylece 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda, ye\u015fil enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 kalabilece\u011fine dair belirtiler olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, dolar baz\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar 2004 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu. Bloomberg\u2019e g\u00f6re, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l ye\u015fil enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda yava\u015flama beklentisinin d\u00f6rt nedeni bulunuyordu. Bunlardan birincisi, g\u00fcne\u015f fotovoltaik sistemlerinin daha da ucuz maliyetli olmas\u0131yd\u0131. Rakamlar, g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar enerjisinin maliyetler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da giderek daha rekabet edebilir hale geldi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong>3 YILDA KAPAS\u0130TE \u0130K\u0130YE KATLADI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">WWEA\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re, \u00c7in 2015\u2019te r\u00fczgar enerjisinde liderli\u011fini koruyarak, kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne 33 GW yeni kapasite ekledi. Bu da d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda y\u00fczde 51.8\u2019lik pazar pay\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. \u0130kinci s\u0131rada yer alan ABD ise kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne 8.6 GW kapasite ekleyerek, 2012\u2019den bu yana en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Yani d\u00fc\u015fen petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00fczerinde olumsuz bir etkisi g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi. R\u00fczgar enerjisinin \u00f6nc\u00fclerinden say\u0131lan \u0130spanya ise kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc hi\u00e7 art\u0131rmayarak, hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fatt\u0131. Rapora g\u00f6re, 2015\u2019te 956 MW kapasiteli yeni santral i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131 ve toplamda kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 4 bin 718 MW seviyesine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu. Bu rakam 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda 3 bin 762 MW, 2013\u2019te 2 bin 958 MW, 2012\u2019de ise 2 bin 312 MW seviyesindeydi. Bu rakamlara g\u00f6re \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda r\u00fczgar enerjisi kapasitesi 2 katl\u0131k bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu. Di\u011fer yandan, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede pompa fiyatlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc beraberinde getiren ucuz petrole kar\u015f\u0131, elektrik veya petrolle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hibrit ara\u00e7 gibi yeni temiz enerji teknolojilerinde duraksama bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong>EN B\u00dcY\u00dcKLER ARASINDA G\u00dcR\u0130\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">2015 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan d\u00fcnyada yap\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 1.6 GW\u2019l\u0131k kapasite ile 2.2 milyar dolarl\u0131k Nafin Mexico; en b\u00fcy\u00fck solar fotovoltaik yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 294 MW\u2019l\u0131k kapasite ile 744 milyon dolarl\u0131k Silver State South Projesi ve en b\u00fcy\u00fck solar termal yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 350 MW\u2019l\u0131k kapasite ile 1.8 milyar dolarl\u0131k NOORo (Fas) oldu.
