Brezilya\u2019n\u0131n r\u00fczgar enerjisi kapasitesi 2015 sonu itibari ile 9 GW\u2019a ula\u015f\u0131rken elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde ki pay\u0131 %4,7 oldu. Bununla birlikte Brezilya global r\u00fczgar enerji marketi s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda 4.s\u0131raya y\u00fckseldi. \u00dclkenin bu alandaki g\u00fcc\u00fc bir y\u0131l \u00f6ncenin ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re 3 GW\u2019a yak\u0131n artm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-75575 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik1.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/f7.png\" alt=\"f7\" width=\"511\" height=\"398\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00dclkede al\u0131m garantisi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olan projelerin toplam g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 16,6 GW d\u00fczeyine y\u00fckselmi\u015f durumda. Bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn hali haz\u0131rda devrede olanlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 3,6 GW\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa halindeki, 6,2 GW\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 ise geli\u015ftirilme a\u015famas\u0131ndaki projeler olu\u015fturuyor. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 \u015eubat ay\u0131nda Brezilya enerji d\u00fczenleme kurumu taraf\u0131ndan 47,6 GW kapasite i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak ihaleye toplam g\u00fc\u00e7leri 21,23 GW olan 846 r\u00fczgar enerjisi projesi i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Brezilya 2014-2024 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 plan\u0131na g\u00f6re 2024 sonunda 206,4 GW\u2019l\u0131k elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesine ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor. R\u00fczgar enerjisinde 2024 hedefi ise 24 GW. \u00a02016 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fclkenin elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesinin 10 GW art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Bunun 2,7 GW\u2019l\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerjisi\u00a0santrallerin olu\u015fturmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. \u00dclke y\u00f6netimi 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 9,9 GW\u2019l\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 planlan\u0131yor iken \u00a02,93 GW\u2019l\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de r\u00fczgar enerjisi\u00a0santrallerin olu\u015fturmas\u0131 planlanmakta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>\u00c7in<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-75574 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/f8.png\" alt=\"f8\" width=\"487\" height=\"284\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00c7in Ulusal Enerji \u0130daresi verilerine g\u00f6re 2015\u2019in ilk 11 ay\u0131nda \u00c7in\u2019in elektrik t\u00fcketimi, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 0,7\u2019lik art\u0131\u015f ile\u00a0 5,049.3 TWs olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130lk 6 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde \u00fclkede en h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fme g\u00f6steren yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131 ise bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 26,8\u2019lik art\u0131\u015f ile 113,270 GW\u2019a kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fan r\u00fczgar enerjisi oldu, y\u0131l sonu itibari ile ise 125 GW seviyelerine ula\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7in y\u00f6netimi be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k kalk\u0131nma plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda r\u00fczgar enerjisinde 200 GW\u2019l\u0131k kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor. \u00c7in\u2019in Fujian b\u00f6lgesinde in\u015fa edilecek olan proje ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 400 MW\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7 ile \u00c7in\u2019in en b\u00fcy\u00fck offshore r\u00fczgar enerjisi tarlas\u0131 olacak.\u00a02014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da r\u00fczgar enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 114,763 MW\u2019a ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Almanya<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">German Federal Network Agency verilerine Almanya 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu kaynaklardan toplam \u00fcretimin %32,5\u2019una denk olacak \u015fekilde 194 TWs d\u00fczeyinde elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.\u00a0\u00dclkenin 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 tahmini toplam elektrik \u00fcretimi ise 597 TWs olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Almanya 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise toplam elektrik \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 27,4\u2019\u00fcne denk olacak \u015fekilde 162.5 TWs\u2019lik elektri\u011fi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-75573 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/f9.png\" alt=\"f9\" width=\"559\" height=\"320\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Bu \u00fcretimde en b\u00fcy\u00fck pay ise r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinin oldu.\u00a0Almanya\u2019daki r\u00fczgar enerjisi santralleri 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda 55.9 TWs\u2019lik elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, bu rakam 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda 77,9 TWs\u2019e y\u00fckseldi. Offshore r\u00fczgar enerjisi ise pay\u0131n\u0131 en h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131ran yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131 oldu. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1,4 TWs\u2019lik elektrik \u00fcretimi offshore r\u00fczgar enerjisi santralleri sayesinde sa\u011flan\u0131rken, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 8,1 TWs\u2019lik \u00fcretim sa\u011fland\u0131. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 39,165 MW\u2019a y\u00fckselmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Hindistan<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Hindistan\u2019\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na dayal\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesinin 38,096.49 MW\u00a0\u2019a ula\u015f\u0131rken Ekim 2015 itibari ile \u00fclkenin elektrik \u015febekesine ba\u011fl\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 24,677.72 MW\u2019a y\u00fckseldi. Bu art\u0131\u015flar ile birlikte r\u00fczgar enerjisi g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 2015 sonu itibari ile 3.379 MW\u2019a y\u00fckseldi. 153 adet yeni t\u00fcrbin eklenirken \u00fclkedeki toplam t\u00fcrbin say\u0131s\u0131 2200 adete ula\u015ft\u0131, bu r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri ile 2,4 milyon evin enerjisi r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinden sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-75571 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/f11.png\" alt=\"f11\" width=\"474\" height=\"482\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>\u0130spanya<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u0130spanyol R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc Birli\u011fi verilerine g\u00f6re r\u00fczgar enerjisinin ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 47.600 GWs ile \u00fclkenin elektrik \u00fcretiminin %19\u2019unu kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Sadece r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130spanya\u2019daki 10 milyon evin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131nda \u00fclkenin elektrik \u00fcretiminin %21,7\u2019si r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi Ayr\u0131ca r\u00fczgar enerjisinin \u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131 ise Haziran ve Temmuz aylar\u0131nda geriledi. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n Haziran d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re %11,8 oran\u0131nda gerileyerek, 2,889 GWs \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebildi ve toplam elektrik \u00fcretiminin %14,1\u2019ini olu\u015fturdu. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Temmuz d\u00f6neminde de 3,083 GWh d\u00fczeyinde elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi ve bu oran ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 14,1\u2019lik gerileme anlam\u0131na gelirken, r\u00fczgar enerjisinin toplam \u00fcretim i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 12,9 oldu. \u0130spanya yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na dayal\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesini 2015-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 8,537 MW art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve 6,473 MW\u2019l\u0131k pay\u0131n\u0131 r\u00fczgar santrallerinin olu\u015fturmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da \u0130spanya r\u00fczgar enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 22,987 MW olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Fransa<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Fransa\u2019n\u0131n onshore r\u00fczgar enerjisinde \u0130ngiltere\u2019den sonra Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en fazla potansiyele sahip \u00fclkesi.\u00a0Fransa R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Birli\u011fi verilerine g\u00f6re \u00a0r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinin g\u00fcc\u00fc 2015\u2019in ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131nda 523 MW\u2019l\u0131k art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek, 9.713 MW seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131. Y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde toplam 1,200 MW\u2019l\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi takdir de 10 GW seviyesini a\u015facak. Fransa, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar r\u00fczgar enerjisinde 19 GW\u2019l\u0131k onshore ve 6 GW offshore kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor, bunu i\u00e7inde her sene en az 2 GW onshore kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Avusturya<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-75570 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/statik.enerjienstitusu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/f12.png\" alt=\"f12\" width=\"509\" height=\"319\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Avusturya\u2019n\u0131n toplam r\u00fczgar enerjisi kurulu kapasitesi ise ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n sonu itibari ile \u00a02,409 MW\u2019a ula\u015f\u0131rken 108 r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini, 323 MW yeni kapasite eklendi. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 142 r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini, 405 MW kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7, \u00fclke enerji t\u00fcketiminin %8,7\u2019sine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Kanada<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">R\u00fczgar elektri\u011fi kurulu kapasitesi Kanada elektrik talebinin %5\u2019ini kar\u015f\u0131larken 3 milyonun \u00fcst\u00fcnde evin elektri\u011finide kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Kanada 36 proje ile 1,506 MW yeni r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flarken toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 11,200 MW\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. Kanada 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 9,694 MW kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Portekiz<\/em><\/strong>, 4,95 GW r\u00fczgar enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong><em>Danimarka,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinin ge\u00e7en y\u0131l \u00fclkenin toplam elektrik t\u00fcketiminin %39,1\u2019ine denk gelen elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, \u00fclkenin toplam elektrik t\u00fcketiminin %61,4\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar elektrik talebinin %84\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc r\u00fczgardan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi planlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><strong>Not:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a02015 sonu itibariyle TE\u0130A\u015e verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesinin 3,627.8 MW art\u0131\u015f ile 73,147.6 MW\u2019a y\u00fckseldi.
