Oysa bu sorunun fark\u0131na varmak i\u00e7in bu \u00f6rne\u011fe gerek de yok. Havalar so\u011fuduk\u00e7a bu sorun g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr oldu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hava kirlili\u011fi \u015fehrin al\u00e7ak b\u00f6lgelerine sis gibi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcyor. \u0130\u015fin uzmanlar\u0131na kirlili\u011fin nedenlerini ve yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri sorduk&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGidi\u015fat hi\u00e7 iyi de\u011fil\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Baran Bozo\u011flu <\/strong><em>(\u00c7evre Sorunlar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi Ba\u015fkan\u0131) <\/em><\/p>\n<p>-Ankara\u2019da yap\u0131lan \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Hollanda H\u00fck\u00fcmeti ortak projesinin (KentAir: Kentlerde Hava Kalitesi De\u011ferlendirme Sisteminin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Projesi) 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki raporunda Ankara\u2019daki hava kirlili\u011finin y\u00fczde 33\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn trafik, y\u00fczde 58\u2019inin ise \u0131s\u0131nmadan kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ortaya koydu. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki kirlili\u011fin ise trafik, \u0131s\u0131nma ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Kontrols\u00fcz bir in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc var. Binalar y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131yor ve tekrar daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ve y\u00fcksekleri yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Esenyurt, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y ve Yenibosna\u2019da kirlilik y\u00fcksek seviyede. Maslak\u2019ta da benzer bir durum var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYa\u015fam\u0131 hava ve suya g\u00f6re planlamam\u0131z gerekiyor art\u0131k\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Ye\u015fil alanlar kirlili\u011fin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc hem hava kirlili\u011fini azalt\u0131r hem de g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc kirlili\u011fini. Ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n geni\u015flemesi birim kareye d\u00fc\u015fen beton miktar\u0131n\u0131 da azaltacakt\u0131r. Bu da do\u011fal olarak yap\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayacakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle kentlerdeki ye\u015fil alanlar sadece ref\u00fcjlerde de\u011fil, meydan ve parklarda da art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-Ya\u015fam\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131k su ve hava durumuna g\u00f6re planlamak gerekiyor. Bu nedenle valilikler ve yerel y\u00f6netimler, \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve Meteoroloji \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 enverziyon risk haritas\u0131 \u00fczerinden g\u00fcnl\u00fck de\u011ferlendirmeler yaparak; trafi\u011fi, in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc, spor m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131n\u0131, kitlesel etkinlikleri vb. planlamal\u0131 ve kamuoyunu bilgilendirmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>-Kanada\u2019dan temiz hava ithal edecek duruma gelmemek i\u00e7in h\u00e2l\u00e2 \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z var. Ama \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmazsa gidi\u015fat\u0131n iyi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Trafik planlamas\u0131 \u00f6nemli. Ancak konforlu h\u0131zl\u0131 ve ucuz toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi laz\u0131m. Bu sadece \u0130stanbul ve Ankara i\u00e7in de\u011fil, D\u00fczce ve Bolu i\u00e7in de bir zorunluluk art\u0131k. B\u00fcy\u00fck kentlere g\u00f6\u00e7 mutlaka tersine \u00e7evrilmeli. Ko\u015fullar\u0131 olmayan yurtta\u015flara k\u00f6m\u00fcr te\u015fvikinden ziyade do\u011falgaz te\u015fviki sa\u011flanabilir. Yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerde azot dioksit gaz\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekici; normalden y\u00fczde 50 daha fazla. Ya\u015fanan kirlili\u011fi hava \u015fartlar\u0131na ba\u011flamam\u0131z zor. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f veren meteorologlar, hocalar\u0131m\u0131z hava durumunun do\u011fal seyrinde ilerledi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n kaybedilmesinin hava kirlili\u011finde etkisi var. \u0130stanbul\u2019un akci\u011ferleri dedi\u011fimiz Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n par\u00e7a par\u00e7a yok olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fck. \u015eehrin i\u00e7indeki ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n azalmas\u0131n\u0131n bile bu kirlilikte pay\u0131 var.<\/p>\n<p>-G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131 hava kirlili\u011fine g\u00f6re yeniden d\u00fczenlemek gerekir. Ak\u015fam saatlerinde, 19.00-20.00 gibi, soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda nefes almada zorluk ya\u015f\u0131yorsunuz. Bunun trafikle ve yak\u0131lan k\u00f6m\u00fcrle do\u011frudan ilgisi var: G\u00fcne\u015f gidip hava so\u011fuyunca daha \u00e7ok k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131l\u0131yor&#8230; Bunlar, yani trafik kaynakl\u0131 kirlilik ve yakma kaynakl\u0131 kirlilik bir \u015fey yap\u0131lmazsa azalmayacak. Bir de ye\u015fil alanlara g\u00f6z diken projelere son verilmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAk\u015fam saatlerinde maske takmadan spor yapmay\u0131n\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Orhan \u015een<\/strong><em>(\u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>-4 milyon arac\u0131n bulundu\u011fu \u0130stanbul\u2019da trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynaklanan NOx kirlili\u011fi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u0130stanbul gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde \u015fayet g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bol olursa ara\u00e7lardan \u00e7\u0131kan NOx, HC gibi kirleticilerle kimyasal reaksiyonlar sonucu fotokimyasal smog ad\u0131 verilen kirlilik olu\u015fur. Bu kirlili\u011fin \u00fcr\u00fcnleri kanser yapan zehirli gazlar\u0131 i\u00e7erir ve ozon meydana getirir. Bu kirlilik Sabahlar\u0131 olu\u015fur \u00f6\u011flen saatlerinde son bulur. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm trafik yo\u011funlu\u011funu azaltmak&#8230; Toplu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zendirmek. Metro a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 250-300 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kartmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-Do\u011fal gaz\u0131n pahal\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan k\u00f6m\u00fcrlerden dolay\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131m\u0131 artt\u0131. K\u00f6m\u00fcr hem partik\u00fcl kirlili\u011fi yapar hem de SO2 kirlili\u011fi yapar. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm kaliteli k\u00f6m\u00fcr da\u011f\u0131tmak ve sat\u0131lan k\u00f6m\u00fcrleri denetlemek.<\/p>\n<p>-Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bir di\u011fer \u015fey \u00e7arp\u0131k \u015fehirle\u015fmeye son vermek. \u0130stanbul\u2019un hakim r\u00fczgar y\u00f6n\u00fc olan kuzeydo\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcne g\u00f6kdelen yap\u0131lmas\u0131na son verilmeli. Ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131 havadaki CO2 miktar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-Spor m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131n\u0131n saatleri ve belki g\u00fcnleri de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeli. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ak\u015fam saatlerinde Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa\u2019da oynanan bir futbol ma\u00e7\u0131 hi\u00e7 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Meteorolojik \u015fartlar hava kirlili\u011fini azaltabilir veya art\u0131rabilir. Bu durumda nas\u0131l kar ka\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fcsabakalar erteleniyorsa hava kirlili\u011finde de ertelenmelidir.
