Enerjinin rand\u0131manl\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda en basit g\u00f6sterge enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na enerji t\u00fcketimi OECD \u00fclkeleri vasatisinin tahmini y\u00fczde 20&#8217;si orbir an daha \u00f6nce, enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu ise OECD vasatisinin 2 sert dolaylar\u0131nda . <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>2007&#8217;de yasa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne civar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara nazaran enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu, d\u00fc\u015fme e\u011filimine girmez. Beynelmilel Enerji Ajans\u0131 bilgilerine y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu 0.09-0.19 i\u00e7inde iken, \u00fclkemizde 0.38 olmas\u0131 ve azalma e\u011filimi g\u00f6stermemesi bu konunun \u00f6nemli olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gere\u011fini meydana koyuyor. Yaln\u0131zca bu rakam dahi , T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 dair yap\u0131labilecek \u00e7ok bir\u015fey oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Bu ba\u011flamda, 5627 say\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Yasayi&#8217;nun 2 May\u0131s 2007&#8217;de Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesiyle bir tak\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fiklikler g\u00fcndemimize girdi. Binalar\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k maksimum enerji t\u00fcketim miktarlar\u0131 (kWh\/metrekare) bu kanalla belirlenirken, yap\u0131 tesisatlar\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak denetlenmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Yap\u0131larda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndaki standartlar, binalara enerji pasaportu verilmesi bu kanunla uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasarruflar ne civar\u0131 etkiliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de, enerjinin yo\u011fun kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde y\u00fczde 20-30 dolay\u0131nda enerji tasarruf potansiyeli oldu\u011fu biliniyor. Sanayi ve ula\u015f\u0131mda bu rakam y\u00fczde 20 dolaylar\u0131nda . Ortalama 15&#8217;lik elektrik tasarruf potansiyeli geri kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u0131lda 3 milyar dolarl\u0131k do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6nleyebiliyor. Binalar\u0131n ve i\u015fletmelerin \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmas\u0131nda y\u00fczde 35 ve ula\u015f\u0131mda y\u00fczde 15 tasarruf sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u0131lda ortalama 2 milyar dolarl\u0131k yak\u0131t ve do\u011falgaz ithal edilmeyebilir. Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Yasayi ile Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen hedef, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funu 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na civar\u0131 y\u00fczde 15 azaltmak. Kamu buna \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yaparken \u00f6zel pazar de tasarruf kelimesini i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00fcretmeyi tercih ediyor.
