Bunlar oldu\u011funda k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol ve do\u011falgaza ihtiya\u00e7 kalm\u0131yor.\u00a0B\u00f6ylece, yenilenebilir enerjinin fosil yak\u0131tlardan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0sa\u011flan\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d1d1d;\"><strong>&#8220;Y\u00fczde 100 yenilenebilir m\u00fcmk\u00fcn&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d1d1d;\">Uyar, yenilenebilir enerjide kaynak problemi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d1d1d;\">&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023 yenilenebilir hedefi i\u00e7erisinde hidroelektrik enerjisi\u00a0olmamal\u0131, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 hidroelektrik santrallerin mevcut\u00a0elektrik i\u00e7erisindeki pay\u0131 zaten y\u00fcksek. Hedeflere hidroelektrik dahil edilmeden de yenilenebilirde\u00a0y\u00fczde 30-40&#8217;a\u00a0ula\u015facak potansiyel var. Bunun \u00fczerine de \u00e7\u0131k\u0131labilir, enerjinin son kullan\u0131m verimlili\u011fi, yani elde edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn ba\u015f\u0131na en az enerji t\u00fcketimi politikas\u0131 sayesinde\u00a0enerji t\u00fcketim\u00a0talebi\u00a0artmaz, azal\u0131r. Verimli enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in altyap\u0131 mevcut. Bu sayede, T\u00fcrkiye 2023\u2019e kadar hem enerji t\u00fcketimini y\u00fczde 50 azaltabilir, hem de y\u00fczde 100 yenilenebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7ebilir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1d1d1d;\">Uyar, serbest piyasada temiz enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini aktararak, &#8220;Herhangi bir enerji t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olabilmesi i\u00e7in bir ka\u00e7 \u015fey gerekiyor. \u0130lk olarak, yeterli kaynak olmal\u0131. Daha sonra, teknolojik geli\u015fmeler ve kayna\u011f\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik olmas\u0131 \u00f6nem arz ediyor.
