Sabanci \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin Proje Y\u00f6neticiligini yaptigi M\u0130LRES Projesi\u2019nde Proje Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcleri ise; TAI, \u0130stanbul Ula\u015f\u0131m A\u015e.,\u00a0T\u00dcB\u0130TAK MAM ve \u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #111111;\"><strong>Milres Projesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Enerji ihtiyac\u0131nda\u00a0beklenen b\u00fcy\u00fck art\u0131\u015f\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u00f6zellikle t\u00fcketilen enerjinin hangi\u00a0kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu durum t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemizde de enerji\u00a0arz\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeni a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Fosil esasl\u0131 yak\u0131t kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve \u00e7evreye verdikleri zararlar da alternatif enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirmekte;\u00a0r\u00fczg\u00e2r, jeotermal, g\u00fcne\u015f ve modern biyok\u00fctle enerjisi\u00a0teknolojilerinin enerji \u00fcretiminde d\u00fcnya\u00a0pazarlar\u0131nda artan oranda yer almas\u0131n\u0131 tetiklemektedir<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">R\u00fczgar enerjisi, \u201cYat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n Geri \u00d6deme S\u00fcresi\u201d\u00a0\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc ile de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, hidroelektrik enerji de\u00a0dahil di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na g\u00f6re avantajl\u0131 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Yine di\u011fer\u00a0yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, maliyet ve uygulama avantajlar\u0131 nedeniyle de\u00a0r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 h\u0131zla yayg\u0131nla\u015fmakta; teknolojisi h\u0131zla geli\u015fmektedir. Bu nedenle, r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc 310 Milyar Dolar\u2019l\u0131k pazar pay\u0131 ve toplam 370 GW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 de\u011feri ile (2014)\u00a0d\u00fcnya enerji piyasas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir oyuncusu konumuna gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00dclkemizin teorik r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi potansiyeli 83 GW mertebesindedir. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00fclkemiz AB \u00fclkeleri\u00a0i\u00e7erisinde \u0130rlanda ve \u0130ngiltere\u2019den sonra \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck r\u00fczg\u00e2r potansiyeline sahip olan \u00fclke\u00a0konumundad\u0131r. K\u00fcresel\u00a0\u00f6l\u00e7ekte de potansiyel bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ilk s\u0131ralarda yer almaktad\u0131r. Ancak mevcut\u00a0durumda bu potansiyelini de\u011ferlendirilebilecek teknolojiye hen\u00fcz sahip de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00d6te yandan, artan do\u011fal gaz ve petrol fiyatlar\u0131 da r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi teknolojisinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u0131zla geli\u015fme\u00a0g\u00f6stermesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hem d\u00fcnyada hem de \u00fclkemizde r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi santralleri i\u00e7in olu\u015fan talep\u00a0t\u00fcrbin \u00fcreticilerinin kapasitesinin a\u015facak \u015fekilde h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcmektedir. \u00dclkemizde kurulan santrallerin\u00a0hepsi d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131ran (1 MW ba\u015f\u0131na 1 Milyon USD) ve ithal edilen teknolojiler ve\u00a0sistemlerdir. Yerli lisansl\u0131 par\u00e7a ve t\u00fcrbin \u00fcretimi ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olsa da, d\u00fcnyada ve Avrupa\u2019da h\u0131zla\u00a0geli\u015fen teknolojiye paralel olarak \u00fcretim ve teknoloji geli\u015fimi g\u00f6r\u00fclmemektedir.
