Yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sistemi sayesinde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda \u00e7evre dostu binalar in\u015fa ediyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u015eim\u015fek s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;Binalarda geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sistemi kullan\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015fta \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 olmak \u00fczere \u00fcst d\u00fczey enerji verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7in de daha fazla avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Di\u011fer taraftan in\u015faat s\u0131ras\u0131nda minimum su t\u00fcketimi sa\u011flayarak su kaynaklar\u0131 ve yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n azalma ve kirlenme riskini azalt\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Melih \u015eim\u015fek, \u0130zmir&#8217;de in\u015faat\u0131na devam ettikleri, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin BREEAM Sertifikas\u0131&#8217;na sahip ilk ve tek konut projesi 35. Sokak&#8217;ta yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sisteminin farkl\u0131 kesit tasar\u0131mlar\u0131na olanak verebilmesi sayesinde \u0130zmir b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in belirlenmi\u015f e\u015fik \u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f de\u011ferlerinden %50 daha fazla verimlilik sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Havadan suya \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 kullanarak karbon emisyonunu azaltt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u015eim\u015fek y\u00fcksek verimli \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 sayesinde 376.000 kWh elektrik tasarrufu yap\u0131larak, y\u0131lda 272 ton daha az karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Projenin sosyal tesisi ve ortak alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 350 kW elektrik ihtiyac\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri ile elde edilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken \u015eim\u015fek bu sistem ile de y\u0131lda 290 ton daha az karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p>35. Sokak&#8217;\u0131n i\u00e7 mekan konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran kaplama ve bitirme malzemeleri, &#8216;Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217; ve yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik sisteminin \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekilde se\u00e7ilirken geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm oranlar\u0131 da projenin dikkat \u00e7eken bir<br \/>\ndi\u011fer \u00f6zelli\u011fi olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
