Bu durum, fosil yak\u0131tlarda ba\u015fta k\u00f6m\u00fcr olmak \u00fczere sonun ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda kazanan\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 oldu\u011funa i\u015faret ediyor. Bu s\u00fcreci takiben T\u00fcrkiye, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi alan\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 h\u0131zla art\u0131rarak \u201cg\u00fcne\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u201d seferberli\u011fi ilan etmelidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Enerji altyap\u0131s\u0131ndaki k\u00f6kl\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme Paris\u2019de ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Bayraktar, Hindistan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6n ayak oldu\u011fu \u201cUluslararas\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi \u0130ttifak\u0131\u201d ile 120 \u00fclkenin, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi teknoloji ve finansman maliyetlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ile 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7ekli kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken 1 trilyon ABD Dolar\u0131 tutar\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in uygun mekanizma ve mali ara\u00e7lar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen bir giri\u015fim ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Bayraktar, \u201cBunu, Afrika k\u0131tas\u0131nda 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda 300 GW yenilenebilir enerjiye dayal\u0131 elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc tesis edilmesini hedefleyen \u201cAfrika Yenilenebilir Enerji Giri\u015fimi\u201d izledi. Zirvenin ikinci haftas\u0131nda, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine ili\u015fkin uluslararas\u0131 ticaretteki t\u00fcm ticari engellerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen K\u00fcresel G\u00fcne\u015f Konseyi\u2019nin (Global Solar Council) kuruldu\u011funa dair a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi maliyetlerinin 2009\u2019dan bu yana % 80 oran\u0131nda azald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken konseyin kurucular\u0131 aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den de G\u00dcNDER yer al\u0131yor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji gelece\u011fi g\u00fcne\u015ftedir\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji gelece\u011finin g\u00fcne\u015fte oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Bayraktar s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revin bilincindedir. T\u00fcrkiye karbon sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu ekonomiye ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in yeterli kayna\u011fa sahiptir. Gerek uluslararas\u0131 konj\u00fckt\u00fcr, gerekse \u00fclkemizdeki sanayici bu zorunlu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme sorumlulu\u011funu yerine getirmeye haz\u0131r. Karar vericilerimizin de bu sorumluluk ve f\u0131rsata uygun olarak daha iddial\u0131 hedefler belirlemesi, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn geli\u015fimini h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 tedbirler almas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00dclkemizin gelece\u011fi g\u00fcne\u015ftedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">G\u00fcne\u015fin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in G\u00dcNDER\u2019in \u00f6nerileri:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkilerine maruz kalmamak i\u00e7in sanayi devrimi \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 1,5\u00b0C\u2019de s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ortaya koydu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ene Bayraktar, G\u00dcNDER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun g\u00fcne\u015fin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in karar vericilere \u00f6nerilerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u2013 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar en az 20,000 MW yeni lisans kapasitesi ihdas edilmeli, bununla ilgili ba\u015fvuru b\u00f6lgeleri ve \u015fartlar\u0131 acilen a\u00e7\u0131klanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Karap\u0131nar, Karaman, Ni\u011fde ve Van gibi g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131m alanlar\u0131 ile ilgili mevzuat bir an \u00f6nce tamamlanmal\u0131, bu b\u00f6lgelerle ilgili altyap\u0131 eksiklikleri tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00d6zellikle ihtisas b\u00f6lgeleri ile ilgili lisans ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131 \u015feffaf ve adil olmal\u0131, \u00f6nlisans ba\u015fvuru y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm \u015fart\u0131 gibi gereksiz b\u00fcrokrasiden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131larak yeniden olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Lisanss\u0131z kapasitelerin yat\u0131r\u0131ma en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi i\u00e7in gerekli tedbirler al\u0131nmal\u0131, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yat\u0131r\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme ihtimali olmayan kapasiteler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclerek ger\u00e7ek yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya tahsis edilmelidir.<br \/>\n\u2013 Lisanss\u0131z \u00fcretimle ilgili imar ve enerji nakil hatt\u0131 gibi problemli konular\u0131n haline y\u00f6nelik iyile\u015ftirme tedbirleri al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Yerli \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik te\u015fvikler g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmeli ve bu katk\u0131lar\u0131n al\u0131nma s\u00fcre\u00e7leri basitle\u015ftirilmelidir.<br \/>\n\u2013 \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f kentleri\u201d konseptiyle, belediyelere hibe destekleri verilerek, t\u00fcketimlerini bu kaynaktan kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Binalar\u0131n ve \u015fehirlerin tasar\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015ften yararlanma \u00f6ncelikli olmal\u0131, binalar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fle enerji verimli renovasyonu ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemleri kullan\u0131m\u0131 ilgili mevzuatlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ulusal enerji t\u00fcketiminin en az \u00fc\u00e7te birini olu\u015fturan \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesinde \u00f6ncelikli olarak g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131s\u0131l teknolojilerinden yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bu sayede kademeli olarak do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir eylem plan\u0131 olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2013 G\u00fcne\u015fle \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma, B\u00f6lgesel \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma, G\u00fcne\u015fle proses \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretimi ve \u0131s\u0131 depolama alanlar\u0131nda da \u00f6rnek uygulamalarla ugulamalar yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Is\u0131tma, so\u011futma ve proses \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiminde g\u00fcne\u015ften yararlanma karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmada ve enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flamada \u00f6nemli bir kald\u0131ra\u00e7t\u0131r.
