Proje ile y\u0131ll\u0131k 2 milyon USD tasarruf elde edilirken, Aksa Akrilik\u2019e ait enerji santralinin verimi de y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRB\u0130N\u0130N \u00dcRET\u0130M\u0130 ARTIRILDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aksa Akrilik\u2019e ait enerji santrali \u00fcnitelerinin optimize edildi\u011fi AES Projesi sayesinde enerji \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde stabilizasyon sa\u011flanarak, buhar talebindeki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler k\u00f6m\u00fcr kazan\u0131 kullan\u0131larak g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Buhar \u00fcretim s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 yak\u0131t miktar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak y\u00fckseltilmesini sa\u011flayan proje sonucunda, t\u00fcrbin elektrik \u00fcretiminin 180 kilowatt saat art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ISIL KAYIPLAR \u00d6NLEND\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme kaynakl\u0131 verimsizlikler minimize edilerek, t\u00fcrbinlerde elektrik \u00fcretimi 400 kilowatt saat art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca sistem g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in devrede tutulan bir buhar kazan\u0131, bu proje ile birlikte devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131larak, 110 kilowatt saat elektrik enerjisi tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131 ve \u0131s\u0131l kay\u0131plar engellendi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BACA GAZI EM\u0130SYONU D\u00dc\u015eT\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AES projesiyle baca gaz\u0131 temizleme sistemlerinde de ileri proses kontrol teknikleri kullan\u0131larak, olumlu sonu\u00e7lar elde edildi.
