Starwood, d\u00f6rt yonga levha \u00fcretim band\u0131nda g\u00fcnde 3,300 metrek\u00fcp (m3) yonga levha 750 metrek\u00fcp (m3) MDF.<\/p>\n<p>Turboden ORC sistemi 5,5 MW elektrik ve 29,5 MW termik g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretecektir.<br \/>\nProje, Bursa\u2019daki Starwood MDF \u00fcretim tesisinin geni\u015fletilmesine y\u00f6nelik daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tesis i\u00e7ermektedir.<br \/>\nA\u011fa\u00e7 kabu\u011fu ve yonga levha \u00fcretimindeki at\u0131klarla beslenen bir 50 MWth biyok\u00fctle kazan\u0131 d\u00f6ner kurutucuya ve yine kurutma ama\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak 90\u00b0C s\u0131cak su \u00fcretecek olan ORC\u2019ye \u0131s\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n zamanda Ankara\u2019da kurulan Turboden\u2019in yeni T\u00fcrk karde\u015f \u015firketi olan Turboden Turkey ORC Turbo Jenerat\u00f6r Sanayi Anonim \u015eirketi taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilen ORC t\u00fcrbini Starwood\u2019un yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik olarak T\u00fcrk Devleti taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan ek te\u015fviklere ili\u015fkin yerel i\u00e7eri\u011fe eri\u015febilmesini sa\u011flayacak.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye b\u00f6lgesinde halihaz\u0131rda aktif durumda olan bir Turboden yerel servis ekibi saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve sat\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 hizmetleri sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n<p>ORC\u2019nin bir MDF \u00fcretim tesisine entegrasyonu tesisin kendi elektrik t\u00fcketiminin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcretebilmesi ve tipik MDF prosesi \u015femas\u0131nda herhangi bir \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmadan kojenerasyon sistemlerinin uygulanabilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ilgi \u00e7ekici bir uygulamad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yaln\u0131zca \u0131s\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme k\u0131yasla son derece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck i\u015fletme ve bak\u0131m maliyeti ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ilave maliyetlere sahiptir ve ilave yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n optimum \u015fekilde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu uygulaman\u0131n etkinli\u011fi Avusturya\u2019n\u0131n, Hallein kentindeki bir MDF \u00fcretim tesisine tedarik edilmi\u015f olan 2005 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri i\u015fletimdeki ilk Turboden ORC \u00fcnitesinin on y\u0131ld\u0131r kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Starwood projesi, Gebze\u2019de bulunan Kastamonu Entegre\u2019ye tedarik edilen 1 MW ORC \u00fcnitesinin ve Marmarabirlik i\u00e7in Bursa\u2019da in\u015fa edilen 200 kW ORC \u00fcnitesinin ard\u0131ndan Turboden\u2019in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de in\u015fa etti\u011fi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc biyok\u00fctle tesisidir ve hem jeotermal uygulama hem de biyok\u00fctle kullan\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Marmarabirlik\u2019in T\u00fcrkiye pazar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi ilerlemenin bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nTurboden 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde Mamak\u2019taki ITC-KA Enerji \u00dcretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e.\u2019ye iki adet 5,3 MW seviyesinde at\u0131ktan enerji \u00fcretimi ORC \u00fcnitesini ve Afyonkarahisar\u2019daki AFJET A.\u015e.\u2019ye bir 3 MW jeotermal \u00fcnitesi teslim etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n zamanda ba\u015fka b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli iki kojenerasyon g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretim tesisi ihalesi daha al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBir Turboden 5,5 MW CHP tesisi, pelet \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik anahtar teslim \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda uzman olan genel y\u00fcklenici Prodesa Medioambiente ile birlikte Rusya\u2019da bulunan kereste ve pelet fabrikas\u0131na in\u015fa edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bu projede a\u011fa\u00e7 kabuklar\u0131 ve at\u0131k dallar, Turboden ORC \u00fcnitesi ile birlikte kullan\u0131lan bir termik ya\u011f kazan\u0131n\u0131 besleyecek.
