A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6renine kat\u0131lan Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 Ali R\u0131za Alaboyun burada yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, \u201cEnerji \u00fcretiminde fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bug\u00fcn art\u0131k kabul edilmesi gereken bir realite olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmakta. Bu durumda sanayile\u015fmenin ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 giderek artan fosil kaynaklar\u0131n yerine yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zellikle karbondioksit emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak, \u00e7evre korunmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda yerli kaynaklar olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 azaltmada ve istihdam sa\u011flamada \u00f6nemli katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBU YILIN \u0130LK 10 AYINDA 3 B\u0130N 300 MEGAVATLIK G\u00dc\u00c7 DEVREYE ALINDI\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bakan Alaboyun, konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 10 ay\u0131nda devreye al\u0131nan ve y\u0131l sonuna kadar devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlanan elektrik \u00fcretim santrallerinin y\u00fczde 62\u2019si yenilenebilir olmak \u00fczere toplam y\u00fczde 80\u2019ni yerli kaynaklardan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Devreye al\u0131nan santraller y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu oran ilk defa bu seviyeye y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 10 ay\u0131nda 3 bin 300 megavatl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7 devreye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olup, bu rakam\u0131n y\u0131l sonuna kadar 5 bin 180 megavatl\u0131k seviyesine y\u00fckselece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte bulunan lisansa haiz 247 adet RES projesinin toplam g\u00fcc\u00fc 10 bin 114 megavat olup halen i\u015fletmekte olan 113 RES projesinin Ekim ay\u0131n sonu itibariyle 2 bin 997 megavatt\u0131r. Global Wind Energy Council Raporuna g\u00f6re 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda d\u00fcnyadaki RES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 370 gigavat gibi bir de\u011fere ula\u015facakt\u0131r. Uluslar aras\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re ise d\u00fcnyada 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin y\u00fczde 2.6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 RES\u2019ler kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131\u015f olup 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 18\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 5.7\u2019sini RES\u2019ler olu\u015fturuyor. Bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 10 ay\u0131 itibariyle elektrik \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak y\u00fczde 4.3\u2019de yine RES\u2019lerden elde ediliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c2023 YILINDAK\u0130 HEDEF\u0130M\u0130Z \u0130SE 20 B\u0130N MEGAVAT\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 2015-2019 stratejik plan\u0131na g\u00f6re r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2019\u2019da 10 bin megavata bulunmas\u0131 hedeflenmekte\u201d diyen Alaboyun, \u201c2023 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki hedefimiz ise 20 bin megavat olup bunu ba\u015farmak i\u00e7inde yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u0131lda bin 950 megavatl\u0131k bir yat\u0131r\u0131m ve bunu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2 milyar dolar parasal de\u011ferde bir yat\u0131r\u0131m gerekmektedir\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Eyl\u00fcl 2015 sonu itibariyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik enerjisinin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 72 bin megavata ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiren Bakan Alaboyun, \u201cBu kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn 4 bin 297\u2019si r\u00fczgar enerjisinden, 25 bin megavat\u0131 HES\u2019lerden, 581 megavat\u0131 jeotermal enerjisinden, 520 megavat\u0131 biyok\u00fctle ve \u0131s\u0131ya dayal\u0131 \u00fcretim tesislerinden, 180 megavat\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine dayal\u0131 tesislerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemiz Elektrik enerjisi arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi strateji belgesine g\u00f6re HES\u2019ler dahil yenilenebilir kaynaklardan elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretimi i\u00e7erisindeki pay\u0131n\u0131 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda en az y\u00fczde 30 d\u00fczeyinde olmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bu ba\u011flamda r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 20 bin megavatta, hidroelektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz 34 bin megavata, jeotermal kaynaklardan 2 bin megavata ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn de 5 bin megavata \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 hedefimizdir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTOPLAM G\u00dcC\u00dc YAKLA\u015eIK 42 B\u0130N 500 MEGAVAT OLAN 1999 ADET BA\u015eVURU YAPILDI 3 B\u0130N MEGAVATLIK KAPAS\u0130TE \u0130\u00c7\u0130N\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu (EPDK) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Y\u0131lmaz, 1 Kas\u0131m se\u00e7im sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hay\u0131rlara vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileyerek, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde son 13 y\u0131lda ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmenin temelinde siyasi ve ekonomik istikrar\u0131n yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin di\u011fer t\u00fcm alanlarda oldu\u011fu gibi yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda da son 13 y\u0131lda b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ifade eden Y\u0131lmaz, \u201c1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda sadece 8.7 megavat olan r\u00fczgar enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 bug\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin 200 megavat kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015ft\u0131. TE\u0130A\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar ba\u011flanabilir kapasite olarak 3 bin megavatl\u0131k kapasite i\u00e7in \u00f6nlisans ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131k. Ger\u00e7ekten ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir tabloyla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131k. Toplam g\u00fcc\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 42 bin 500 megavat olan 1999 adet ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131 3 bin megavatl\u0131k kapasite i\u00e7in. Tahsis edilecek kapasite i\u00e7in 14 kat\u0131 olan bir ba\u015fvuru. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015fvurulara y\u00f6nelik olarak ilk defa tesis edilen r\u00fczgar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm dire\u011fi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da 343 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmak istiyorum. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki Ekim ay\u0131nda yine rekor bir ba\u015fvuruyla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 bekledi\u011fimizi belirtmek istiyorum. Kurumumuza son 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lan 850 megavatl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 taleplerine ili\u015fkin olarak 360 megavatl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 talebini i\u015flemini tamamlad\u0131. 500 megavatl\u0131k ba\u015fvuruya ili\u015fkin i\u015flemlerde devam etmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Son g\u00fcnlerde r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerine y\u00f6nelik tepki haberlerini bas\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEnerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7evreye ra\u011fmen de\u011fil, \u00e7evreyle uyumlu oldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde geli\u015febilir. Bu bilin\u00e7le hareket eden kurumumuz yat\u0131r\u0131mlara ili\u015fkin ilgili kurumlar\u0131n verece\u011fi \u00e7evre etki de\u011ferlendirme raporlar\u0131n\u0131 esas alarak karar vermektedir. T\u00fcrkiye b\u00fcy\u00fcyor ve geli\u015fiyor artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ithalat ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 artt\u0131rmadan kar\u015f\u0131layabilmenin yollar\u0131ndan biri de \u015f\u00fcphesiz alternatif enerji. Bu y\u00fczden her \u015feye hay\u0131r diyen yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bulmuyoruz.
