Bildirge \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Orman Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi ve EGD K\u00fcresel Is\u0131nma Kurultay\u0131 Bilim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Do\u011fanay Tolunay taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rland\u0131. Sonu\u00e7 bildirgesinde, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin insanl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki etkilerine ili\u015fkin verilere yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">Hidrometeorolojik Afetler Giderek Art\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">Sonu\u00e7 bildirgesine g\u00f6re, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 yaz aylar\u0131ndaki s\u0131cakl\u0131klar rekor seviyelere ula\u015ft\u0131. S\u0131cak hava dalgalar\u0131 nedeniyle Hindistan\u2019da 2 bin 500, Pakistan\u2019da bin 400, Fransa\u2019da da 700 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">D\u00fcnya Meteoroloji \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir rapora g\u00f6re, 1970-2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 8 bin 835 afette, 2 milyona yak\u0131n insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Su dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n ve f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n istatistiklerini konu alan meteoroloji dal\u0131 olan Hidrometeorolojik afetlerden etkilenen insanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fcz milyonlar\u0131 buldu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor.<br \/>\nSon y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle sel, ta\u015fk\u0131n, f\u0131rt\u0131na, dolu, kurakl\u0131k gibi hidrometeorolojik afetlerde art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131.<br \/>\nUluslararas\u0131 Afet Veri Bankas\u0131 kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 1900-2015 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda sel ve ta\u015fk\u0131nlarda bin 399 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131 kaybederken, 1,8 milyon insan da bu durumdan olumsuz etkilendi. Bu sellerin \u00fclke ekonomisine neden oldu\u011fu zarar ise 2,2 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131.<br \/>\n\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuzluklar<br \/>\nBildirgeye g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n, gelecek 25 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 3 dereceye, y\u00fczy\u0131l sonunda ise 6 dereceye kadar artabilece\u011fi, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda azalabilece\u011fi tahmin ediliyor.<br \/>\nAyr\u0131ca, \u00f6zellikle Do\u011fu Karadeniz ile Antalya ve Mu\u011fla\u2019n\u0131n k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda \u015fiddetli sa\u011fanaklar\u0131n da artabilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen bu iklim de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, su kaynaklar\u0131 ile tar\u0131msal ve hayvansal \u00fcretimde azalman\u0131n meydana gelebilece\u011fine i\u015faret ediliyor.<br \/>\nAyr\u0131ca, sel ve ta\u015fk\u0131nlarda, iklim g\u00f6\u00e7lerinde ve s\u0131cak hava dalgalar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanmas\u0131, yaz ve k\u0131\u015f turizm b\u00f6lgelerinin de\u011fi\u015fmesi gibi durumlar da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi bekleyen olumsuzluklar aras\u0131nda g\u00f6steriliyor.<br \/>\nT\u00fcm bunlar do\u011frultusunda bildirgede, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden en fazla etkilenecek \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine uyum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">Bildirgede, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum konusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret edilerek, bu kapsamda yap\u0131labilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin \u00f6rneklere yer verildi.<br \/>\nBu \u00f6rneklerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise \u015f\u00f6yle;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">\u201cKurakl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 verimli kullanmak, su hasad\u0131 yapmak, az su t\u00fcketen sulama sistemlerini yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak, tar\u0131mda kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcrler kullanmak ya da kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 genotipler geli\u015ftirmek, turizm tesisi izinlerinde bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na \u00f6nem vermek, art arda ya\u015fanabilecek kurak d\u00f6nemler i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k tah\u0131l stoku yapmak\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #222222;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin, sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ralamas\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015febilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #666666;\">Sonu\u00e7 bildirgesinde, aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda Fransa\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Paris\u2019te d\u00fczenlenecek \u201cCOP 21- \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Taraflar Konferans\u0131\u201dna de\u011finildi.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2015\u2019te konferansa ili\u015fkin sundu\u011fu emisyon azalt\u0131m katk\u0131 plan\u0131na g\u00f6re, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in emisyon azalt\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de emisyonlar 1.175 milyar tona \u00e7\u0131kacak. Ancak al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemlerle bu de\u011ferin y\u00fczde 21 azaltarak 929 milyon tona d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclebilece\u011fi de belirtildi.<br \/>\nBu veri, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde 460 milyon ton olan sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<br \/>\nBununla birlikte aralar\u0131nda ABD ve \u00c7in\u2019in de oldu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 temel alarak emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 2025 ya da 2030 y\u0131llar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fik oranlarda azaltmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct etti.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye, sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 2012 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla 18. s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor.
