Y\u0131ld\u0131z, artan talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerinin enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamaya, alternatif enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile kaynak \u00e7e\u015fitlendirmeye ve yerli kaynaklar\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik enerji politikalar\u0131na a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verdi\u011fini ifade etti. D\u00fcnyada 31 \u00fclkede 437 n\u00fckleer santralin \u00fcretimde ve 64 santralin in\u015fa halinde oldu\u011funu bildiren Y\u0131ld\u0131z, kurulu santrallerin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ABD, Japonya ve Fransa gibi geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde bulundu\u011funa i\u015faret etti. Y\u0131ld\u0131z, d\u00fcnya elektrik \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 14&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinden sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>&#8221;\u0130ki b\u00f6lge d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda belirlenmi\u015f bir saha yok&#8221;- <\/strong><br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de elektrik enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n 2023&#8217;de bug\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fczeyin 2 kat\u0131ndan daha fazla olmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fini ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 milyar kWh olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tahmin edildi\u011fini belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: &#8221;Enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 2 n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralinin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve 3. santral in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flanmas\u0131 ile n\u00fckleer enerjinin, elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretimimiz i\u00e7erisindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. Mersin-Akkuyu&#8217;da ilk n\u00fckleer santral projesi i\u00e7in 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rusya Federasyonu ile h\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 anla\u015fma imzalanm\u0131\u015f olup, Sinop sahas\u0131na yap\u0131lacak ikinci n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santral\u0131 projesi i\u00e7in Japonya, G\u00fcney Kore, \u00c7in ve Kanada ile teknik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler devam etmektedir. Halen bu iki b\u00f6lge d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kesin olarak belirlenmi\u015f bir saha bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Y\u0131ld\u0131z, t\u00fcm muhtemel \u00fclke\/firmalar ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle tam rekabet ortam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, &#8221;G\u00fcney Kore ile Sinop N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali Projesi&#8217;ne ili\u015fkin Nisan 2010&#8217;da ba\u015flayan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ve teknik toplant\u0131lar\u0131n devam\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 anla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve yo\u011fun m\u00fczakereler s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santrali, Rusya Federasyonu ile imzalanan h\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 anla\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Halihaz\u0131rda Sinop N\u00fckleer Santral Projesi&#8217;ne ili\u015fkin temaslar devam etmektedir&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\n<strong>-&#8221;Akkuyu&#8217;da kurulmas\u0131 planlanan 4 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6r&#8221;- <\/strong><br \/>\nAkkuyu sahas\u0131nda kurulmas\u0131 planlanan 4 adet n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn, VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu bildiren Y\u0131ld\u0131z, VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn, i\u015fletimde olan VVER-1000 tipi reakt\u00f6rlerin mevcut i\u015fletme \u00f6mr\u00fc, g\u00fcc\u00fc, termal verimi ve g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir modelleri oldu\u011funu kaydetti. Bakan Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: &#8221;\u0130\u015fletimde olan bir reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn, haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve in\u015fa s\u00fcreleri dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en az 15 y\u0131l eski teknolojiler \u00fczerinde kurulu bulunmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Atom Enerjisi Kurumu, N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrallerinin Lisanslanmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6nergesi&#8217;nde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, var olan bir tasar\u0131m \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan iyile\u015ftirmelere sahip yeni tasar\u0131mlar\u0131 kabul etmektedir. Ancak ko\u015ful olarak tasar\u0131m\u0131n in\u015fa edilmek \u00fczere lisanslanm\u0131\u015f ve in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6rne\u011finin olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemektedir. N\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rlerin lisanslanmas\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131nda tesisin g\u00fcvenli bir tasar\u0131ma sahip olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi in\u015faat lisans\u0131 ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine yap\u0131l\u0131r. Daha sonraki a\u015famalarda tesisin tasar\u0131ma uygun bir \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilip edilmedi\u011fi takip edilir. Bu ama\u00e7la Rusya&#8217;da 6 adet VVER-1200 tipi n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn Rusya&#8217;daki d\u00fczenleyici kurumdan in\u015faat lisans\u0131 al\u0131narak Novovoronezh 2.
