Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri`nde (ABD) g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin fiyat\u0131 5 cent seviyesine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. bu da 2009`dan bu yana y\u00fczde 70`lik bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) ABD`de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerine bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\"abdde-gunesten-elektrik-5-cent-kwh\"<\/a>\u015fmaya g\u00f6re, g\u00fcne\u015f elektri\u011fi tarihin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerine geriledi.<\/p>\n

Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrallerinde bir yandan kurulum maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015ferken, bir yandan da bu tesislerin verimlili\u011fi y\u00fckseliyor.<\/p>\n

Bu nedenle, proje geli\u015ftiriciler \u00fclkede g\u00fcne\u015f elektri\u011fine sa\u011flanan te\u015fvikler sona ermeden \u00f6nce projelerini hayata ge\u00e7irme kayg\u0131s\u0131nda. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ortalama PPA fiyatlar\u0131 5 $cent\/kWh`a kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n

ABD`de halen te\u015fvik program\u0131 (ITC Te\u015fviki – Investment Tax Credit) kapsam\u0131nda GES`lerin kurulum maliyetinin %30\u2019u kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Bu oran 2017 y\u0131ll\u0131ndan sonra y\u00fczde 10 seviyesine indirilecek. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektri\u011fin ortalama toptan sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re 3-6 $cent\/kWh \u00e7\u0131var\u0131ndayd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Berkelay Labs\u2019\u0131n raporunda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan di\u011fer baz\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar ise \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n

– Fotovoltaik proje maliyetleri 2009 y\u0131ll\u0131na g\u00f6re yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6.3 $\/Wp`dan 2014 y\u0131ll\u0131nda 3,1 $\/Wp`a d\u00fc\u015fen rakamlar baz\u0131 projelerde 2 $\/Wp seviyesini bile g\u00f6rd\u00fc.<\/p>\n

– Yeni GES\u2019ler daha verimli: 2013 y\u0131ll\u0131nda kurulan GES\u2019lerin 2014 y\u0131ll\u0131nda AC \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131nda ortalama g\u00fc\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r\u00fc % 29,4 ile 2011\/2012 y\u0131llar\u0131nda kurulan sistemlerden \u00e7ok daha verimliydi. 2014 y\u0131ll\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen 2011\/2012 y\u0131llar\u0131nda kurulan sistemlerin g\u00fc\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r\u00fc % 24,5 ile % 26,3 aras\u0131ndayd\u0131. Verimlili\u011fin y\u00fckselme nedenlerinden biri, mekan se\u00e7imi. \u00dcretimi art\u0131rma kayg\u0131s\u0131, yeni projelerin daha verimli sahaharda kurulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Bir di\u011fer neden ise kurulan sistemlerin g\u00fcne\u015f takip sistemlerine sahip olmas\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00dcNE\u015e ELEKTR\u0130\u011e\u0130NDE PPA F\u0130YATLARI D\u0130P YAPTI<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Yukar\u0131da belirtilen geli\u015fmelerden dolay\u0131 PPA ((\u0130kili anla\u015fma) fiyatlar\u0131n, kWh ba\u015f\u0131na 5 $cent ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, o kadar d\u00fc\u015fmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

ABD nin y\u00fcksek g\u00fcne\u015f verimi olan g\u00fcney bat\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck PPA fiyatlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir pazar olu\u015fuyor. Bu, son zamanlardaki GES ihalelerinde de yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 buluyordu. Bu b\u00f6lgelerdeki y\u00fcksek talepler bunun en \u00f6nemli g\u00f6stergesi say\u0131l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n

D\u00fc\u015fen PPA fiyatlar\u0131, ABD`nin g\u00fcney bat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelerde de g\u00fcne\u015fi rekabet\u00e7i hale getiriyor. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce Arkansas Eyaletinde ~5 $cent\/kWh ve Alabama Eyaletinde ~6 $cent\/kWh civar\u0131nda PPA anla\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor. Bu b\u00f6lgelerde \u015fimdiye kadar GES\u2019ler piyasada \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n

GES PROJELER\u0130 B\u00dcY\u00dcYOR
\n<\/i><\/strong>
\n2014 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu ABD`de sisteme elektrik vermek i\u00e7in s\u0131rada beklemekte olan 45 GW Proje mevcuttu. Bu hali haz\u0131rda kurulmu\u015f ve elektrik \u00fcreten GES sistemlerinin 5 kat\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek bir rakam.<\/p>\n

GES pazar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015flemesinin i\u015faretlerinden biri de yeni projelerin \u00e7o\u011funun Kaliforniya ve G\u00fcneybat\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelere kaymas\u0131. Yeni yay\u0131lmal alanlar\u0131na \u00f6rnek olarak Texas Eyaleti ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu eyaletleri g\u00f6steriliyor.<\/p>\n

Bu projelerin hepsi 2017`den \u00f6nce hayata getirilmese bile, te\u015fviklerin %30 dan %10\u2019a d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fi 2017`den \u00f6nce elektrik \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flayacaklar\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. Uzmanlar gelecek 15 ayda yo\u011fun\u00a0ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bir GES kurulum s\u00fcreci bekliyor.<\/p>\n
