Afyonkarahisar, Dinar\u2019daki projeler i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilen 3.3 MWp g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki ikinci bir grup mod\u00fcl ise k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce kuruldu.
