Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2 bin 700 hektarl\u0131k alan\u0131 Yenilenebilir Kaynak Alan\u0131 olarak tahsis etti\u011fini Resmi Gazete\u2019de duyurdu. Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bin 300 MW kapasiteli bu alan\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 3 bin MW kapasiteli ikinci bir alan i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131. Bu iki b\u00f6lgede g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi potansiyelinin tam kapasite realize edilmesi i\u00e7in 5 milyar dolardan daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m gerekecek ve Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santrali\u2019ne yak\u0131n kapasitede elektrik \u00fcretimi olacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">Konya\u2019da g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ihtisas b\u00f6lgesi talebi 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda valilik kanal\u0131yla bakanl\u0131\u011fa iletilmi\u015f, sonras\u0131nda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu proje i\u00e7in araziyi buldu, teknik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fc. Bakanl\u0131k projenin \u00fczerinde 3 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yaparak yat\u0131r\u0131ma haz\u0131r hale getirdi. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kota ve lisans tahsislerini yapacak. Bilindi\u011fi gibi ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l\u0131n mart ay\u0131nda iki bakanl\u0131k protokol imzalam\u0131\u015f, i\u015fler s\u0131raya konularak iki bakanl\u0131k aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacaklar yetkilere g\u00f6re b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Birinci a\u015fama arazi haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131yd\u0131. Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu i\u015fi bitirdi. \u015eimdi ikinci i\u015f olarak kota tahsisi, ba\u015fka bir ifadeyle bu b\u00f6lgeye ka\u00e7 MW g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi gerekiyor. Bu konu da y\u00fcr\u00fcyor. EPDK \u015fu s\u0131ralar g\u00fcne\u015fte \u00f6n lisans ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 toplad\u0131, lisans de\u011ferlendirmeleri yap\u0131yor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Karap\u0131nar i\u00e7in kota miktar\u0131n\u0131n da belirlenmesi gerekiyor. Kota tahsisinden sonra altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapacak. Ard\u0131ndan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya lisans verilecek, son a\u015famada da Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 parsel tahsislerini yapacak. Arazinin haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131 Bilim Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkilileri, \u201cBuras\u0131 Hazine\u2019ye aitti. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6nemli bir kamula\u015ft\u0131rma bedeli \u00f6denmedi. Ama bakanl\u0131k olarak bu araziyle ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn temizli\u011fi ve haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131k. \u015eu anda bu b\u00f6lge yat\u0131r\u0131m tahsisine haz\u0131r hale geldi\u201d dedi<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\">\u015eimdi s\u0131ran\u0131n Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda oldu\u011funu aktaran yetkililer s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cEnerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara lisans vermesi laz\u0131m. Lisanstan sonra parsel tahsisleri ve ona g\u00f6re de altyap\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Ancak bunlar \u00e7ok uzun zaman alacak i\u015fler de\u011fil. 6 ay i\u00e7inde bitirilebilir. Bakanl\u0131k ne kadar kota verecek, onun belli olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m. \u0130lk g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi lisans da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda toplam 600 MW lisans verildi. Karap\u0131nar b\u00f6lgesine de 46 MW verilmi\u015fti. Buran\u0131n kapasitesi 1.300 MW. \u015eimdi g\u00fcne\u015fte ikinci lisans da\u011f\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131 ba\u015flayacak. Buraya 60 MW gibi bir \u015fey verirlerse, kapasitesinin alt\u0131nda kal\u0131r. Ancak lisans talebine bak\u0131l\u0131rsa daha fazlas\u0131 i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 var. Eskisi gibi \u2018bir yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya en fazla 50 MW lisans\u2019 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 da olsa 26 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir. S\u0131n\u0131r 100 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karsa daha az say\u0131da yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 da olur. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde MW ba\u015f\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131m 1.2-1.3 milyon dolar oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re burada tam kapasite i\u00e7in 1.7 milyar dolar, 2 milyar dolara yak\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lacak demektir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4d4e53;\"><strong>\u0130kinci b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6lge geliyor\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKarap\u0131nar\u2019da bu b\u00f6lgenin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in ihtisas b\u00f6lgesi ilan edilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ikinci ve daha b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6lgenin yine g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na tahsisi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 da kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu b\u00f6lge de Konya\u2019da, Karap\u0131nar\u2019a yak\u0131n. Bakanl\u0131k yetkililerinin verdi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re 3000 MW yat\u0131r\u0131m kapasitesi var. Bu da birinci b\u00f6lgenin iki kat\u0131ndan daha fazla kapasite anlam\u0131na geliyor. Birinci b\u00f6lge \u2018Karap\u0131nar Enerji \u0130htisas End\u00fcstri B\u00f6lgesi\u2019 2 bin 718 hektar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, ikinci b\u00f6lge ise 3 bin 240 hektar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde olacak. Toplam 4 bin 300 MW g\u00fc\u00e7te g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131labilecek. Bu da yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden n\u00fckleer santrale e\u015f bir kapasite anlam\u0131na geliyor.
