Yeni t\u00fcrbinlere sahip mini hidroelektrik santrallerinin faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcrbin kanatlar\u0131na su y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayacak ve elektrik \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in jenerat\u00f6re g\u00fc\u00e7 verecek olan da\u011f nehirlerinin olmas\u0131 yeterli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #363636;\">Toplam geli\u015ftirme maliyeti miktar\u0131 2.32 Milyon Euro olan projenin 580 Bin Euro\u2019luk k\u0131sm\u0131 Macar h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin deste\u011fi ile kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Prototip ekipman\u0131n, Ganz EEM fabrikas\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde test edilmesiyle mini hidroelektrik santralinin ihracat\u0131 i\u00e7in Rusya, Ermenistan, Kazakistan, \u00d6zbekistan, Pakistan, \u0130ran, Gana ve Zambiya ile m\u00fczakerelere ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #363636;\">Yenilik\u00e7i bu teknoloji ile mini hidroelektrik santralleri elektrik enerji \u00fcretimine yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 ay gibi \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ba\u015flayabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #363636;\">Mini hidroelektrik santralinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, y\u00f6netimi ve kontrol edilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli t\u00fcm cihazlar kompakt ekipman\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrbinin ar\u0131zalanmas\u0131 durumunda, dahili batarya, y\u00f6netim ama\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor ve uydu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 yoluyla kontrol merkezine veri transferi imkan\u0131 veriyor. Dizel jenerat\u00f6r, g\u00fc\u00e7 \u015febekesi ba\u011fl\u0131 olmasa bile sistemi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gerekli g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 temin ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #363636;\">Sistem, ortalama g\u00fc\u00e7 yatay mil Francis-tipi t\u00fcrbin, jenerat\u00f6r ve y\u00f6netim sistemini i\u00e7eriyor. Jenerat\u00f6r \u00fc\u00e7-fazl\u0131 400 V\/50 Hz ak\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Mini hidroelektrik santralinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, su y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn 60 ila 65 m aras\u0131nda, h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n da 1 m3\/sn. olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu durumda, sistemin tabela derecesi 500 kW oluyor. E\u011fer su y\u00fck\u00fc 120 m ve h\u0131z\u0131 da 1 m3\/sn ise sistemin tabela derecesi 1 MW oluyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #363636;\">Su y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn konteyner boyutuyla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131yla beraber daha fazla su y\u00fck\u00fcne ve g\u00fcce ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 durumunda, birden fazla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z t\u00fcrbinler monte edilebiliyor. Konteyner i\u00e7erisindeki mini hidroelektrik santrali g\u00fc\u00e7 adas\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor. Ekipman par\u00e7alar\u0131 2 standart konteynere yerle\u015ftirilebiliyor. Birincisinde su besleme sistemi ve turbo alternat\u00f6r\u00fc bulunurken, ikincisinde kablo ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 ve y\u00f6netim sistemi yer al\u0131yor. Mini hidroelektrik santralini kurmak i\u00e7in zemin, giri\u015f, vana, bas\u0131n\u00e7 borusu ve yerel a\u011f ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 gereklilik arz ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #363636;\">Mini hidroelektrik santralinin di\u011fer bir avantaj\u0131 ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan uzaktan kontrol edilebilmesi. Ekipman h\u00fccresel a\u011f, veya Internet yoluyla y\u00f6netiliyor. Y\u00f6netim sistemi sayesinde, ekipman sahibi bir PC, tablet veya cep telefonu yoluyla mini hidroelektrik santralini kontrol edebiliyor ve \u00fcretilen g\u00fc\u00e7le ilgili verileri g\u00f6rebiliyor.<br \/>\nGanz EEM y\u00f6neticisi Attila Szit\u00e1r-Csan\u00e1di \u015firket hakk\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cGe\u00e7ti\u011fimiz sene Ganz EEM 170\u2019inci y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 doldurdu. Ganz her zaman yenilik\u00e7i \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ile \u00f6n planda olmu\u015ftur.
