\u00c7in, k\u00fcresel Brent t\u00fcr\u00fc ve ABD tipi (WTI) ham petrol fiyatland\u0131rma endekslerine rakip olacak s\u00fcrpriz bir hamle yaparak kendi fiyatland\u0131rma endeksini olu\u015fturdu.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yeni endeksi ekim ay\u0131nda uygulamaya haz\u0131rlanan \u00c7in\u2019in bu giri\u015fimi i\u00e7in uzmanlar, \u201c\u00c7in, uzun vadede k\u00fcresel petrol fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde daha fazla s\u00f6z sahibi olmay\u0131 hedefliyor\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n

\u00c7in\u2019in hamlesini yorumlay\"cin-petrolde-kendi-fiyat-endeksini-olusturdu\"<\/a>an Xi\u2019an Jiaotong Liverpool \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Ahmet G\u00f6nc\u00fc, yeni endeksin \u00c7in\u2019in petrol talebini k\u00fcresel olarak ge\u00e7erli di\u011fer uluslararas\u0131 fiyatland\u0131rma endekslerinden daha iyi temsil edece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
\nG\u00f6nc\u00fc, \u00c7in ve Asya petrol talebinin \u015fu anda Brent t\u00fcr\u00fc petrol fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak, yeni endeks sayesinde hem \u00c7in\u2019in hem de k\u00fcresel petrol talebinin fiyatlar \u00fczerindeki etkisinin artaca\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n

Yeni endeksin yuan \u00fczerinden i\u015flem g\u00f6rece\u011fine i\u015faret eden G\u00f6nc\u00fc, \u201c\u00c7in uzun vadede k\u00fcresel petrol fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde daha fazla s\u00f6z sahibi olmay\u0131 ve kendi para birimi yuan\u0131n de\u011ferini gelecekte art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor\u201d dedi. G\u00f6nc\u00fc, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:
\n\u201cEndeksin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 bir gecede g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. \u00dclke ilk a\u015famada endeksin likidite ve i\u015flem hacmini h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde art\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Ancak bu endeksin geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in en az bir iki y\u0131l, uluslararas\u0131 bir benchmark olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in daha fazla zamana ihtiya\u00e7 var. Endeksin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, artan i\u015flem hacmi ve k\u00fcresel olarak kabul g\u00f6rmesiyle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilecek.
