Yine Amerika merkezli Northwest Multiple Listing Service\u2019in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada ise, Seattle\u2019daki \u00e7evre dostu evlerin di\u011fer evlere oranla %24 daha h\u0131zl\u0131 sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve %5,9 daha fazla prim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmi\u015f.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R ENERJ\u0130 KAYNAKLARI KULLANIMI VE B\u0130L\u0130N\u00c7L\u0130 ENERJ\u0130 T\u00dcKET\u0130M\u0130 YILDA 1,2 M\u0130LYAR TL L\u0130K TASARRUF GET\u0130R\u0130YOR&#8230;&#8230;\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirli\u011fin sadece yap\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde de\u011fil, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekonomi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da irdelenmesi gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>Sel\u00e7uk Avc\u0131<\/strong>, Enerji ve Is\u0131 Tasarrufu Derne\u011fi (ETADER)\u2019in ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki yap\u0131larda merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemini kullanan yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyon konutun <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 <\/strong>ve <strong>bilin\u00e7li enerji t\u00fcketimi <\/strong>ile y\u0131lda 1,2 milyarl\u0131k TL tasarruf getirebilece\u011fini belirtiyor. <strong>Sel\u00e7uk Avc\u0131,<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiyenin enerji ithalat\u0131nda t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcyle hala d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir \u00fclke olmas\u0131 ve bunun giderek artmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, yerli kaynak \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim politikalar\u0131nda ciddi ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurguluyor. Bununla birlikte, enerji verimlili\u011finin sadece noktasal olarak tasarlanan yap\u0131lar \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, <strong>\u201ck\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte\u2019\u2019 <\/strong>de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011finin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirterek, <strong>Ocak 2015 T\u00fcrkiye Enerji <\/strong>Raporu\u2019ndaki verilere dikkat \u00e7ekiyor:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c1990-2013 aras\u0131 T\u00fcrkiyede\u2019ki genel enerji dengesine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 1990\u2019dan 2013\u2019e birincil enerji talebi %127,39 ithalat %211,62 artarken, yerli u\u0308retimdeki art\u0131s\u0327 %24,78 ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalm\u0131s\u0327t\u0131r. 2014\u2019teki enerji maddeleri ithalat\u0131 $54.785.000.000 iken, 2015-2017 d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama $59.874.000.000 ithalat bedeli \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mimar Sel\u00e7uk Avc\u0131,<\/strong> yerli ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, ayn\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re <strong>elektrik \u00fcretimi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilecek g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin hen\u00fcz sadece binde biri-ikisi\u2019in de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini, oysa Tu\u0308rkiye\u2019nin gu\u0308nes\u0327e dayal\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k 400 milyar kWh elektrik u\u0308retim kapasitesi, 2014\u2019te tu\u0308kettig\u0306imiz elektrig\u0306in bir buc\u0327uk kat\u0131ndan daha fazla oldu\u011funu <\/strong>yineliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, bir konutun <strong>enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131n %80\u2019nini \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma enerjisinin olu\u015fturdu\u011funu<\/strong> ve <strong>bir alan\u0131 so\u011futmak i\u00e7in harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjinin \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjiden 3 kat fazla oldu\u011fu<\/strong> g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, <strong>her konuta d\u00fc\u015fen y\u0131ll\u0131k 500 TL\u2019lik ek maaliyetin<\/strong> enerji verimlili\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cD\u00dc\u015e\u00dcK ENERJ\u0130L\u0130 VE SIFIR EM\u0130SYONLU B\u0130NALAR TASARLANMALI&#8230;\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u2018ye\u015fil bina\u2019 trendinden ibaret olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemle vurgulayan <strong>Sel\u00e7uk Avc\u0131<\/strong>, tasar\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki verilerin tam anlam\u0131yla g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilip tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131yla ve yerel kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini dile getiriyor ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin etik, ekonomik ve ekolojik ana eksenlerinde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurguluyor. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin, teknolojik geli\u015fmelerle birlikte yap\u0131n\u0131n hem \u00fcretim hem de kullan\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini daha verimli k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen <strong>Sel\u00e7uk Avc\u0131<\/strong>, bu y\u00fczden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili ve s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu binalar tasarlaman\u0131n art\u0131k ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir konumda olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurguluyor ve bunun olas\u0131 ekonomik yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 evrensel verilerle birlikte de\u011ferlendiriyor:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cD\u00fcnya Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, mevcut teknolojileri kullanarak tasarlanan yap\u0131 \u00fcretimlerinde 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar karbon sal\u0131n\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n %33 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu verilerin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2050\u2019de bu oran\u0131n %50-85 aras\u0131nda olmas\u0131 bekleniyor. E\u011fer k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma riskleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmazsa ve uygulanabilir ekonomik ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmazsa d\u00fcnya GSH\u0130Y\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n (Gayri Safi Yurt \u0130\u00e7i Has\u0131la) %5-20 aras\u0131nda olmas\u0131 tahmin ediliyor.
