AB \u00fclkelerinde kullan\u0131lan hammadde ve teknolojiler ile \u00fcretilen \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri, Yap\u0131 Malzemeleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda \u00fcretilerek gerek yurt i\u00e7i gerekse AB \u00fclkeleri dahil yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 pazara CE i\u015fareti ile sunuluyor. 305\/2011\/AB say\u0131l\u0131 Yap\u0131 Malzemeleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131ndaki \u00fcr\u00fcnler; \u201csa\u011fl\u0131k, hijyen ve \u00e7evre\u201d gibi temel unsurlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Mantolama sisteminin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131larda elde edilen tasarrufun oran\u0131, bina tipi, bina kullan\u0131m \u00f6zellikleri, yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, yal\u0131t\u0131m b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, iklim gibi bir\u00e7ok parametreye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u00fczde 50 tasarruf ortalama bir hesap de\u011feridir, alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilece\u011fi gibi \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde de olabiliyor.
